10 minute or 2 hour delivery? Toss a coin and take a guess. Really inconvenient when I'm at work with a set lunch time and figure they should be quick being I'm less than 3 miles down the road. Placed my order at 11:18 and at 12:48 I'm still waiting for a single sub an hour and a half later.

Edit: was going to leave a couple stars but after calling to find out where my sub was at again, I talked to the GM whose response to me telling him I don't have my sandwich was "I doubt that bro" with an aditude. He told me that the driver had delivered it an hour ago and didn't believe what I was saying. The driver walked in as he was telling me that and after questioning the driver on where he dropped the order off; the manager realized the driver brought it to the wrong location at my work(big place with multiple gates, but I said what gate I was at) because it was his first day there. I understand first day mistakes but if the driver would have called to say he was close, I would have been able to see him going to the wrong place. I also really did not appreciate the manager telling me "I doubt that bro" when I tell him I still don't have my sandwich after an hour and a half and the person I talked to 30 minutes previously said it was supposed to be delivered soon.

Overall good sandwiches but after ordering from them probably a dozen times while at work, I'd rather not keep guessing on if delivery will be 10 minutes or 2 hours, especially if I get deemed a liar for trying to find out where my...

I eat here 4 days a week and the food is always on point. Mobile ordering is always my method and it's always ready within 5 min. I always customize the sandwich to add and remove stuff and it's always made correctly. As far as prices go they've always went up with inflation every where so this is no exception. Cost of food, employees, rent, and everything has gone up significantly so you can't expect them to keep their prices down. Either you can choose to eat here and pay for your meal without complaing about it or make your sandwich at home by grocery shopping. Ordered a sandwich through the app, works at the aldi right behind it. Waits 2 hrs asking employees if anyone has came by they say no one. Call through the app “ hey I ordered a sandwich just looking for an update” this young lady says “ oh ya the driver dropped it off at the wrong address “ okay sooo what are you gonna do.. “I’ll remake you one” that’s great you should do that, but no apology, didn’t say we will give you your money back or a free item, nothing.
