They can’t seem to make 3 simple Italian sandwiches without screwing them up. Then to top it off they basically said “to many people try to scam them by complaining about their orders being wrong” ,then the assault cherry on top the guy omitted to messing up our orders but then says “I shouldn’t have waited so long to call it in” but I guess on the upside I’ll be able to get small discount off my next sandwich which I’m sure also comes with a something added or missing guarantee that it’s even made correctly! How bout I just take my money elsewhere and just pay the 100% and not get F’d over.. Best of luck if you order from here who knows you might even get what you ordered.
Update; 1’st of all it was 2 subs that YOU screwed up but you were so busy talking over me I guess you couldn’t hear that part even though I said it 8 times (perhaps you were to preoccupied calling some of your customers thieves and scam artists) to hear what I said! 2) you NEVER said “free sub” you said SMALL DISCOUNT which I declined, like I said didn’t want anything other then for you to know so going forward this can be avoided but instead you choose talk over me about other customers ripping you off. 3) You sure have a high opinion for someone who can’t separate mayo no mayo, hot peppers and onions. But nonetheless my wife only stopped at your little four seater restaurant because she had to stop over there to pick something up, I literally didn’t want to order from you again because you are over priced and under value. Previous comment: I had a steak sub from Zeiderelli's in the past and thought it was very good. The next time I ordered a steak sub from Zeiderelli's it tasted good at first but then I had a bite with a black hair that was in the meat or placed under the meat. I was so disgusted I called Zeiderelli's and complained and asked for a refund. They refused to refund me for the sub. I showed the sub with the hair in the meat to my friends at work and they were disgusted also. I think Zeiderelli's should not be selling product to the general public if there is going to be hair in the product. Read moreI used to love this place. Ordered a Pittsburgh steak salad & an order of Dynabites. Instead of Dynabites, they gave me jalapeno poppers and the fries on the salad were cold. I called about the Dynabites/poppers mix up & was told they can't get them in, which is completely fine - however, tell me this when I order or call me back before automatically substituting another item for me. The receipt even says "Dynabites"??? I think they just screwed up & didn't want to fix it. I would NOT have ordered jalapeno poppers, especially for $9.50 (with tax/tip/delivery fee)! Dynabites are hard to find & so good that I didn't mind paying $9.50. You can buy poppers anywhere.
