Crumbl - Oak Park — Restaurant in Lenexa

I LOVE Crumbl! Before this location opened we were getting Crumbl from Olathe approximately 1-2x per month. I was so excited to see this location open as it is closer to us and more centrally located to the stores we habitually run errands/shop at. Sadly, our two visits since opening haven't been the greatest as the cookies have not been made as well as other locations--namely they are VERY dry and stale. We picked up cookies this week on 10/31, several of the cookies were seriously overbaked and dry--the Mother's Animal Cracker Cookie and the Blue Monster (even the frosting could not save it). When you are spending $40 on 12 cookies you expect them to not be dry like croutons or a Nature Valley granola bar. Seriously disappointing! We will keep going to the Olathe location where the baking is more consistent and cookies are soft and moist. Should this location correct the baking timing for their cookies, we will return, but not until then.

Update: My mother and I were shopping at Sam's Club last week (12/1) and had a strong craving for Crumbl. We thought about driving to 119th since their consistency is always spot on, but decided to give this store another try. We both bought 4 packs and the cookies were yest again, HARD, crispy, overcooked. The store owner and franchise neeed to look long and hard at these reviews on this location if they don't want to jeopardize their reputation. Other store openings would have 1k+ solid 4-5 star reviews by now. Most all reviews consistently mention their cookies being "stale", "overbaked", "crunchy". They need to decrease baking time asap or this location is not going to last. When cookies are overbaked, after a few hours they become cracker-like and that is the only way to describe what is going on here. I’ve been to Crumbl Cookies multiple times, and it never disappoints! The cookies are absolutely delicious—soft, chewy, and perfectly baked. I love that they rotate their flavors weekly, so there’s always something new to try. My personal favorite is the classic Chocolate Chip, but the seasonal flavors like Pumpkin Spice or Churro are also amazing.

The store is always clean, and the staff is super friendly and efficient. Even when there’s a line, it moves quickly, and the cookies are always warm when I get them. The pink packaging is a nice touch, making the experience feel even more special.

The cookies are good but kinda expensive. I've been to this location twice in the last week and both times no employee greeted me for several minutes just occasionally glanced my way. One time they had one order and the other time they had zero orders so it wasn't because they were busy.

The first time one of the card terminals was down on the order screen so I tried in vain for five minutes before moving to another one and mentioned it to the employee. Shesaid it's been like that all day, it's broken. Why did you stare at me then??
