McDonald's — Restaurant in Lenexa

Today I went to pick up an order that my mom placed on the McDonald's app. Two coffees 4 egg mcmuffins and one hashbrown. When I arrived the woman behind the counter was on the phone. Np. I waited. When she was ready for me I showed her the order on my app. She pointed to a bag and said that's yours. When I read the tag it was clearly the wrong order # and was clearly not what I ordered. I pointed that out. She refused to look at my order, refused to look at my reference number. Then she said I was at the wrong place. I checked the map I wasn't. Then she said breakfast is over. Sge said i could call customer service. I've never been expected to take the wrong order or leave empty handed. The order was confirmed and paid for at this location. They made no effort to check the order, fix the order or refund the order. And gaslite me to boot. Truly one of the worst customer service experience I ever had. I am confused and angry. I left cussing. I am not a cusser. Horrible!

Can I leave negative 10 stars? Seriously if you want your order screwed up then by all means go to this McDonald's! Never leave without your reciept because I promise you, you will be back and you will need it to get your correct order. I can't tell you how many times I've been charged for things like 2 sodas when I only ordered one and one receive one. Or double frys. Things like that that are small but add up. Or and this is what really pissed me off. When it's the holiday season so I order 2 holiday pies one for me and one for my daughter and I get home to find I only have one holiday and one apple pie. So of course I call and they said they ran out. I'm sorry but when you run out you say something while I'm there I could have ordered something different for me or my daughter. This place just all around sucks. It's dirty, everyone who works here is rude as hell, and they NEVER have someone working the drive thru who can understand you or who you can understand hence ordered getting so screwed up. The food is typically good and the employees that I’ve interacted with were very nice.

The lack of a spectacular rating is because of the setup for the drive through. There are lines and signs that direct you to go completely around the building to access it, which is ok, no problem there. The problem is that people will come in on a “road” in the parking lot and pull a u-turn into the drive through, cutting off people following directions. I have almost been hit while going there and was today called a f’ing jackass by a guy that was pulling a u-turn, but looked like he was backing into a parking space. There definitely needs to be something that keeps people from u-turning into the drive through.
