Starbucks — Restaurant in Lenexa

Not usual for me to leave a review but this location just sits wrong with me. Ive yet to have a good experience. The kids, and i say kids because of their behavior, behind the counter are so rude. Im not normally bothered by service workers attitudes because i myself understand how hard it is. But this stores staff is condescending, rude, and overall inattentive. I ordered a venti shaken espresso earlier this week and was handed a cup that looked and tasted entirely like milk. When i asked for a remake i tried to make sure to check if they knew it came with 4 shots since it seems as though some dont know. the baristas behind the bar rolled their eyes and scoffed. They were not busy.. i was the only one there and they were just acting like me just existing in their store was a problem for them. Its okay to forget things, be exhausted and want to go home… but it isnt okay to be rude about it. Ive given this location so many chances but id rather drink the minitmart coffee across the street if that means i dont have to be spoken to and treated like an unintelligent...

No mask mandate but masks are still required here

It's coffee from a chain. You know what you're in store for. The baristas are pretty friendly, some are so-so. Disappointing that things are "available" through the app but not in actuality and I keep having to get refunded. Something pretty fishy if the computer can't keep count.

Also, masks are still required even though the mask mandate has been dropped AND the masks have been removed for customers to grab since we don't need them. (??) then we are rudely informed in order to grab our order we need to wear a mask. Kinda weird. I mean, if there is no reason to wear a mask why would I carry one around? If you still require me to wear one, I'll grab one if you have them available! Kind of a big waste of money for less than a minute of wear, but at $5 a coffee I'm sure Starbucks...

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I live in the area and it’s sucks! They never get the drinks right and always out of stuff. Nothing more disappointing than looking forward to a great cup of coffee or latte and getting a watery gross mess instead. I went yesterday for my 5th time and it was the same, I’m never going again. Something is seriously off with their drinks. The taste just isn’t the same as other places. I’ll stick to all the other Starbucks on 87th street and on Shawnee mission parkway. Get people who know what they are...
