Before the store was built a sign was up on 635 heading north, this was before COVID, I had talk to several people and when a new store was built, customers would camp overnight to get a free chicken meal, but COVID hit and nobody new what or when they would open, finally got word they would open up at 630am, but I work graveyard in Olathe, got off at 7am, would I make it in time I flew and got a card, I religiously went every week I used the card and my dog lady luv the chix too, lines in drive thu was long, but the staff was cool and come, working the lines, person that passed out food was super nice friendly too, than the day came this location open their carry out, Drew the top dog, was cashier and while I waited for my food we talked, wow I seen the other owner/ or whatever before and just say hello, but not talked, several times he would say hi, than the dinning room open up, I’m a red card member, when you order the food, they will bring it to you, while you ate, the staff will walk around asking do you need a refill or everything okay, been to lots of them but never had ask before, I would like to mention Sabrina, she is a awesome worker that...
Read moreThis review is based off the last three orders I have delivered to me.
Each time, I ordered two chicken sandwiches. Each time I requested 3 mayo packets per sandwich. Each time they did not fulfill the request.
This last time, I called the restaurant before the order left the building to ensure the mayo packs would be included. The very pleasant young lady verbally assured me they would get it right and she apologized for the previous mistakes. But instead of 3 per sandwich, they gave me three total.
I dont know what it is with Chik-fil-a as a company. Every store I have been to give me less mayo than I request. Pre covid, it wasn't nearly as big of a deal to post a negative review about (I could simply walk into the store and get what I need), but post covid and the social distancing we must do, that's not an option.
Chik-fil-a's mayo is a make-or-break item for me. I do not want their sandwich without it. And yes, I like extra mayo, especially Chik-fil-a's. I use it for the potato waffle fries, as well.
Popeye's sandwich is better, in my opinion. However, Chik-fil-a's mayo keeps me coming back, but not under times of mayo...
Read moreSo annoyed. I am sick, so I ordered the meal for mobile pickup for my husband to pick up. But no one is manning the mobile lane, so he just sat there for god knows how long waiting. He scanned the QR code like they told him to, and it brought up the wrong site because the order was placed on my phone. Why, in 2024… Does Chick-fil-A spend money and time altering their system, the store was shut for weeks, and now they open up and they are no longer capable of processing orders unless the person who placed the order is the one picking it up? Every pick up place allows for someone else to pick up their food… even at target or even Walgreens lets my husband pick up medicine. But Chick-fila can't?! So dumb. I had to call them and their response was -- get this --- to have him leave the kids in the car and go inside?! DO NOT USE MOBILE THRU LANE at this location at least -- it was their attempt to save money and instead it's wasted OUR time. Plus scanning the sign's QR code didn't work. Thumbs down to Chick-fil-A, it has not been a pleasure. They should never have tried to fix what...
