My wife and I ordered ice cream on the mobile app, it said it would be ready at 7:29pm.
I arrived at 7:30, went to the pick up location and let them know I had a mobile order under her name.
They checked to see if there was anything ready with her name and then told me they were working on it still.
I waited for 15 minutes and after seeing things slow down and no ice cream being made for our order, I went and asked if they had an update.
The man went around and looked, asked people about it and was not able to locate it. He let me know that they’re still working on it and then continued to ask people about our order.
He was then handed an order to take out to the drive through and was gone.
I waited another 8 minutes and her name was finally called.
I let them know that it was mine, they went and got it and called her name again.
I walked up to get it, another worker came running over telling them to wait, asked who it was for, I said the name, he looked at it, and then said he was making sure it wasn’t a DoorDash order.
They gave me the ice cream, no apologies for the wait (another person who came in after me was apologized to for the wait and was given a voucher for an entree), there were no stickers on the ice creams to differentiate which one was which, nor was there a receipt attached.
I ordered the ice cream at 7:16pm and did not receive it until 7:52pm.
No one confirmed that the order existed aside from saying “they’re still working on it”, I seemingly was questioned on whether or not I was stealing my order after waiting for 20+ minutes, and was not apologized to for practically being ignored. I am a celiac and must eat gluten-free. I was informed that when this location opened that they had a dedicated gluten-free fryer. Every time since then it has been hit or miss if anyone even knows if they can even make that happen.
I am tired of getting the “we can’t guarantee it won’t have gluten”. I totally understand that but all I ever ask is can I have fries from a dedicated gluten-free fryer. Not complicated. Other Culver’s tell me “yes this fryer hasn’t had gluten in it today” or “no we were busy and had to put gluten into this fryer today, it’s not safe”.
One time at this location, we asked at the drive thru for fries from a dedicated gluten-free fryer and we were told no. Then we got to the window and the person asked in the back...and magically they could make it happen.
I 100% understand that you cannot guarantee your food is gluten-free (it’s obvious that it is made around gluten food) but I would love it if you could give your staff more direction when it comes to dedicated gluten-free fryers. And I would absolutely love to be able to eat your fries at...

On August 4, 2024 @ 3:15:07pm, order #AAAZKMD6ALGB had the worst experience from a group of immature & incompetent individuals hired to take customers orders at this location. Went through the drive through for a meal with my family as we are on our way to an corporate event, end up waiting over 20 minutes in the hot sun for an order that never came out, had to walk into the location where I was greeted with the workers who thought it was funny and silly that my family and I had to wait for food that was ordered. These young workers demonstrated the WORST KIND of service in existence and I will ensure corporate and my law colleagues are aware of such DREADFUL SERVICE from this location. So since these workers found this black female attorney funny to laugh, smirk, and be incredibly rude to the customer after the customer had spend their money.
