my first time trying out cookie co and I’m disappointed ordered 2 lucky charms cookies which comes with Marshmallows and the letters as displayed ordered for both of my daughters . Got home only to find out that there were no marshmallows on the cookies. If something is displayed with everything on it that’s how the cookie should have been. The guy that gave us the cookies knew this and didn’t say anything. Called up the place some lady answered and I asked her so is there not any marshmallows left for the lucky charms cookies she replied “no we don’t have any” well you should tell people that instead of just throwing the cookies that was not the same as shown online or when you walk inside at the counter. And I’m paying $15 for 4 cookies! My daughters were sad. And I will not be going to this...

I ordered two sugar cookies with vanilla buttercream frosting. I could hardly wait to get them home, but forced myself. After getting a big glass of milk, I took a bite. Oh my gosh, SO delicious and really big cookies too. The cookie had the exact flavor I was hoping for, true sugar cookie and perfect buttercream frosting! When I walked in, Allie was working behind the counter and was able to answer my questions and provided such nice service to me. Great friendly service from her!
