Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lenoir

I don't know what's going on at this store but today 01/10/2024 the second we entered we were hollered at and told to use the kiosk because they didn't have a cashier. Aside from us being hollered at there was an elderly veteran man standing at the register to be waited on. A young lady told him just a moment and I will help you. As she walked over to assist him she was yelled and told that was not her job that she was to being doing something else. That to me was very disrespectful to this elderly veteran. From the moment we walked in there was nothing but hollering in the back . The environment for the employees and customers alone was unacceptable. These employees should not be treated like that. Apparently this person that was yelling everyone does not work well under pressure and does not need to be there. I don't know whether this person was a manager or whatever but those employees should not have been yelled especially were customers could hear it. I pray for those employees because I would never work in that environment. Especially if that was a manager. She was not building her staff up to handle the pressure if anything she made it worse. And it did not look as busy as she made it out to be. Sorry but just because of the hostile environment we choose not to eat there instead. Oh I forgot to mention as we were leaving two younger gentlemen came in to the register and a cashier appeared to help them but not to help the elderly veteran. I find something very wrong with that. To the employees I'm sorry you have to work with...

Very rude, went threw the drive thru last night around 11:00pm and after we placed our order we got up to the window, they was a white lady at the window dancing, like she was from the hood... first of all she couldn't dance, but that wasn't the problem, we paid for our meal and I noticed that the chalupa I order which was only suppose to have cheese on it, was going to have meat on it, my daughter is vegan so I had to have my husband ask if they would please don't put any meat, the girl replied with laughter,like she was making fun of us. She asked 3 more times was we sure we didn't want meat, my husband is now getting mad but we kept calm because I didn't want anyone doing anything to my daughter's good. So after all the employees our laughing at us for not wanting meet she goes back to dancing while they our finishing our meal, which was not a nice site to see.(she couldn't dance). Very unprofessional and rude, I will go back and eat there but not at the times she is there. People need to get there act together, weather you work at fast food, or work at a bank, you should always be polite and not judgemental, your customers is what brings in your sales. And whatever they order is what they prefer even if you wouldnt eat it or buy it. We all our different and you need to just shut your face and put on a smile and hand me what I ordered...

Keep in mind. I LOVE Taco Bell food. Always have. I just absolutely hate ordering Taco Bell food anytime I’m in Lenoir, which is where live…I end up ordering here anyways just because I love Taco Bell food so much and it’s close by…But it feels like I leave this location every time in disappointment.. the tacos look so sloppy and poorly made every single time. The cheese looks like half a spoonful dumped in one spot about an inch wide.. not even spread out. The lettuce is overwhelming as if it’s being used to hide what other little ingredients there is underneath.. The chicken quesadillas or any chicken item for example, which are expensive by the way. Every time I order one here, half my quesadilla is empty with barely any chicken at all on it! I even go the extra mile and pay an extra 2$ for extra chicken and end up getting the exact same amount as before which infuriates me! Almost half the quesadilla is just bread. That’s 8$ for a taco just to get ripped off! Sometimes I’ll return and have my items fixed but people have lives and we don’t always have the time to turn around and have an order fixed. We just deal with it… no other locations are like this either. I can go to either location throughout hickory or Boone and the food is phenomenal. It’s been like this for a long time in Lenoir....
