The Italian ice cream (raspa, with the best shaved ice EVER, ice cream) was so good! I drive past this hidden ice cream shop everyday. Who knew?? I don't stop because of the inconvenience of having to get out, put on my mask, gather my purse, which has opened and fallen out everywhere and then if it's not good, waste my time. Well, today was an exception because i was curious. As i drove towards the ice cream shop i found that they have a horseshoe style DRIVE THRU!! How awesome that was!! I ordered a 🍓 strawberry/pineapple Italian ice cream with the ice cream in the middle. They have a name for it but I forgot the formal name for my raspa with ice cream....i was extremely happy with the customer service I got and the friendliness of the cashier working the drive thru. BEWARE the owner is not professional. If you care about your teenager or kids please BEWARE. She worked for this company with all her efforts for a few weeks while a student at St. Mary’s University. My daughter asked as a HARD WORKING STUDENT when she got paid. The person who runs the store THE OWNERS SON ,did not know what was going on with paying their workers. And he complained to his father. The older man who owned the store decided to talk to my daughter out of line when he doesn’t even communicate with her. He degraded her and made her feel as if she was nothing as employee. Employee gave me the wrong slushy. When I asked her to fix it, she gave all type of attitude. I didn't let that bother me, until I drove off and saw that she cut corners on her mistake. I decided I didn't want the slushy anymore and went back for a refund. The cashier was rude and told me she was not authorized to give refunds and the owners were not on site to give me a refund. She also said she didn't have a way of contacting the owners for dissatisfied customers. I would have to come back later "bull**". Long story short, she finally decided to contact the owners when she realized I wasn't leaving without MY MONEY.
