Arby's — Restaurant in Leonardtown

Went through the drive-through tonight at lunchtime there was no customers in the place at all I ordered a medium roast beef small fry and a couple packs of mayonnaise on the side I pull around first I went to get the french fries there was maybe 15 of them at the most did not even fill the bottom of the container that’s messed up one mess up number two the medium roast beef sandwich the meatless flakes thicker than normal two it was like they dipped it in some kind of liquid just to keep it warm which was salty as can be and then they loaded it with so much mayonnaise it was unreal I pulled around as the cashier is this all the french fries you get for $2.79 or whatever it was and she goes that’s it that’s all you get and I’m like well take them back I don’t wanna return my money I’ll go elsewhere and get an order of fries that’s worth three dollars I understand I’m not expecting a half a pound of potatoes I’m only expecting 2 to 3 ounces of french fries not much but I did not expect to see the mayonnaise on the sandwich I tried to eat it but I couldn’t even get a third of it down I quit because I could tell her something wrong I barely made it home before mother nature kicked in the cashier and the manager need to be retrained on how to deal with customers when the customers telling you look there’s hardly any french fries and that you at least fill the container for them which you’re supposed to do with all your customers or get a smaller container because people want a container that’s full of fries not empty for $10 and some change I expected better than what I got I am definitely not a happy camper everybody wonders why Arby’s across the world is going...

I ordered the gyro roast beef to try this time, it takes a lot for me to change my order from a regular or double roast beef, but it looked good. However, I didn't get a gyro resemblant of the photo or any gyro I've ever had. Further looking online, and it also doesn't even look the same as photos of real life people's who also got one. It came with only the gyro sauce, no fixings, and instead of flat bread it was on a sub style bun. I looked at the info in app too and it shlaid it comes with lettuce, tomato, gyro sauce, and a couple other things, and the pic showed it clearly on flatbread/pita bread/naan. The fries were ice cold. I was there and watched then fill the fries so even if I ate my sandwich first, there should have been some warmth, there was none. I have eaten here one other time with my husband and the food was great. No issues. And could I have gone in and complained? Sure, but i was starving because it was lunch time and I hadn't eaten anything for the day yet by the time I got there around 1pm. So it was a big let down of an experience. So we stay roughly 15-20 minutes away from this Arby's. Our past visits haven't been favorable. I'm guessing that the workers seize up with large orders or if someone changes their mind. Husband and I did our order and yeah, I did a poor job of checking the bag because we had other errands to run. Getting home, we found that not only were items missing but they put the wrong receipt in the bag. I already talked to someone about it but it's the fact that I'll have to drive 20 minutes out just for them to rectify the problem instead of paying attention to what they were doing in the first place. I was in Leonardtown for a doctor's appointment and we decided to stop there before heading home.
