Went to Target and felt hungry. Saw this place and I love sushi. Decided to try it out with my daughter. The restaurant didn’t disappoint us. Food is great. And the sushi is FRESH! I mean it is fresh. The service was great and professional. Anyone would love this place. My server’s name is Jess. Ask for her when you are there. You will not be disappointed. We were given gummy bears when Jess presented us the check. My daughter’s favorite. Not the normal boring fortune cookies or mint.

Favorite new restaurant in the Metroplex. This hidden gem in Lewisville has some of the freshest fish in the city. Decadent pieces of Chu-Toro, Hamachi Belly and Salmon Belly will blow you away. Of course they have Hokkaido Uni, locals in this town have no idea how lucky they are to have Chef Jay and his pedigree in town. I strongly recommend you give it a try. My husband decided to take a chance on this place based on reviews and I’m so glad he did ! Truly a hidden gem. FRESHEST fish you can find in DFW! Definitely try some chefs specials. We’ve been to a few upscale sushi restaurants in Dallas ( left me unimpressed btw) and we are regulars at certain places in Miami and NYC and Azusa’s fish quality and chef’s skills totally match big city restaurant vibe!
