I preferred this location until recently. Not sure what happened to the good employees. My orders have been wrong the past few times. One time my salad was completely wrong, and they had put in shredded iceberg sandwich lettuce instead of romaine. I understand there’s probably been issues with lettuce lately, but no one said anything ahead of time. I take the salad back inside and they said “oh looks like someone made all the salads with sandwich lettuce.” Got a new one but it wasn’t much better - just chopped iceberg. My last visit was the worst and is the reason I won’t be back. If I still had the drive thru receipt and person’s name I would put it here. The wait was ridiculously long. I ordered six tacos and received four. They had my card for a very long time. I asked for it back. The drive thru person was a younger Hispanic man. He was immediately and excessively defensive. He said “I would never keep your card or overcharge it”. I never once insinuated that, I just asked for it back since I thought he forgot. I drove back and went inside to ask for the additional tacos. He was still on the defensive. I said nothing except I paid for six but I got four. He said “do you want to speak to the manager?” I said “no I’d just like the other two tacos.” He was extremely disrespectful. The man who was there when my salad was wrong went to make the tacos and brought them up. The drive thru guy said “watch out she might get offended”. He held the younger man back like he was going to fight me. I was just standing there. I said “it’s your fault the order was wrong, you took the order and payment and handed me the bag.” All I wanted was what I paid for, not an argument. I guess he’s used to Karens? When I get my order at the window, I get the wrong burger! I ordered the bacon ultimate cheeseburger combo large. They had the nerve to serve me a burger with the smallest burger patty like the one you get from dollar menu. I told them this was not what I ordered, and the fries were half empty. The manager looked at me and said yes it is the one you ordered, but the patty barely covered the bun. She went ahead and made another one. She was yelling at the cashier for the ingredients, apparently they don't even know how to make their own burgers!! When she came back she handed me the same size patty inside the burger, with three small slices of bacon, and all smothered in sauces and made HORRIBLE! At this point it had been 40 minutes in the drive thru. I just can't believe they scammed me out of my ordered! And she had the nerve to say I was being rude? Seriously I was the most patient and on top of that they stole my money by receiving a burger that is not properly made and lacking all the ingredients. I spent $27 in total. The other items were sloppy, soggy fries, soggy nuggets. EVERYTHING WAS A BIG MESS! Read moreI was just there and ordered from the menu what I saw, it said kona classic hot or iced regular $1. Apparently that is not the correct price because when we got to the window, the guy said it was $1.99 for the kona and $1 for the iced coffee. I said I would take an iced coffee and I told him that the menu shows it incorrectly. Then the manager, Shawn, came to the window and asked what the problem was. I politely explained the misunderstanding and said it want a big deal, and they should correct the menu so no one gets confused. He asked at that point what I want and I said exactly what we had ordered but instead of the $1.99, I.wanted the iced coffee. They brought a hot coffee and Shawn reiterated that the iced coffee was not $1. At this point I got pretty irritated. I've worked in the service industry almost my whole working career and when there is a misunderstanding with the customer, we accommodate them. He seemed to be so strict on making us pay the $1.99. I told him I felt I deserved to get the iced coffee for the advertised price on the menu and would even let him see the menu advertised incorrectly first but he was unyielding.
