We went in there just browsing and we actually ended up liking a bedroom set. Juanita helped us with information and going through with the process. It was almost closing time and the whole process made them stay a bit late. They were nice and accommodating for sure to make their sale. They did the financing for us and a $2000 bedroom set is now costing us well over $7000. They lied and said it would be a certain amount every MONTH and now I'm getting charged what was supposed to be the MONTHLY amount bi-weekly and they put my card on autopay and no options to take it off except call and wait on hold for an obscene amount of time. I keep getting returned check fees and overdraft fees from my bank because they keep trying to take money out of my account multiple times throughout the month. I would not recommend this place because it feels like they are just scamming people to make sales and commission. The furniture is nice but not for the price they are trying to push down our throats. I will be returning everything in the near future. I am extremely disappointed with the experience after they processed everything. The amount I'm paying monthly for a bed and two dressers equates to a monthly payment for a brand new car. Oh and not to mention if you're even late a day or the payment didn't go through, the financing company they work with calls EVERY SINGLE DAY and at all hours of the day starting at 7am till 10pm. It's been a complete nightmare and I will be visiting the store to return and cancel whatever contract they made. HIGHLY UNSATISFACTORY. I wouldn't go to this store to buy furniture and if you do, you are better off paying cash right then and there. DON'T let them push you into the financing for extremely overpriced furniture. This is by far the worst furniture place I’ve ever encountered! The owner of the place is so much focused on his sales and money and not accommodating his customers at all. I’ve purchased furniture and now they are saying that the furniture doesn’t come with warranty. I’ve never heard that a day in my life. There should always be warranty with any furniture. Then he tried to charge me almost $200 for delivery and said if I don’t pick up my furniture in a decent Time then I will have to pay fees the longer its in his warehouse. One of his associates didn’t even agree with that. His prices are very well overpriced. He even get his furniture from Ashley’s furniture. Just order your furniture from Ashley.
