Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Lewisville

The experience would have been good expect for this sloppy looking girl with a dark brown untamed curly hair ponytail, glasses, and no make up on, she looked like a teen. This employee was sooo rude, and had an attitude problem. Employee had a horrible sour face, the entire time we were there. When I first asked her if they had eggs at the salad bar, with an unfriendly tone she said "no, we haven't had in any for a long time." Then I asked for ""oh, really, since when?" She answered with an attitude and annoyed tone, "since the price of eggs went up." I later asked this employee for salt and she said that if I wanted salt to go get it myself and and pointed towards some area, I was like what? She was like "yeah we have salt sharkers by where you pick up your food." I didn't know where that had been because my husband had ordered and picked up the food as well. Then at the end of the night when it was time to go, again she still in the front, she is now managing the prize station, she was sooo ugly with my children! Employee was practically cutting them off and not even really giving them options, my daughter said she wanted a ring and she grabbed a red ring and put it on the counter, then my daughter said she had preferred a purple color and this lady got mad! Well, this employee spent the whole 5 minutes making us uncomfortable and rushed. At the very end we were like 5 points short for a 100 point prize that my 3 year old wanted and she refused to give it to him, she didn't care and she was like no he doesn't have enough, and I was like come on, its just a couple points, and she was like NO. I finally asked for a manager and she said, I am the manager. I was like well, I want to speak to your manager and she was like there is nobody else here you can talk to. I asked for her name and she said it was "Bianca." I dont know if she was lying or not about her name or being a manager, if she indeed is a manager there she is the most unprofessional sloppy looking manager I have ever seen in my lfe, I have a super hard time believing that this "person" would ever be put in a manager position. Either way, if another manager sees this and wants to investigate who it was, this all happened today, Mothers day 2023, and we were the last family to leave, and if you think we lingered around after closing this was not the case. You can take a look at the video, you will see that pretty much immediately when it was announced that it was closing time, we gathered our things and walked to the prize window.

*Update: I was contacted by the GM of the store and was given an apology and was notified that they would look into the matter. I feel that my complaint was listened to...

Very disappointed with my recent visit for my daughter's 4th birthday party. We ended up paying $116 for mostly a table and a few pizzas. They don't have many options for girls birthday decorations so we brought our own and our own cake. Overall the experience does not match the price paid. We were also expecting them to still have the play area for small kids but it is gone. My biggest complaint is that their policies are misleading and they told us before the party they would honor their policy and when we got there it was a different story.

We booked the basic birthday package plus an extra $7 each for All You Can Play upgrade for only 2 hour duration of the party. To book the package it required a minimum of 4 kids for a party. We booked 4 kids and that was no problem but their policy from the FAQ's page of their website states that on the day of the party they will waive up to 2 no shows. We wanted to be prepared in case any guests could not make it due to the weather so we called over 2 weeks before the party and spoke with the manager Cassy about the policy on no shows. Cassy confirmed that they will waive the price of 2 kids as no shows on the day of the party if they were not in attendance. On the day of the party 2 of our guests canceled. Andrew was the manager on duty and we told him what Cassy told us and he did not waive the price of the 2 kids who did not attend and we even showed him from the website their own policy and he refused to honor their policy. We asked for the number to corporate and called the next day but did not get a chance to speak with them until today because they were closed due to the Texas snow storm. The person we spoke with from their corporate office also did not honor the policy from their website but instead he said they only waive the 2 no shows for the ultimate package. Their website does not state that they only waive 2 no shows for the ultimate package.They are false advertising and misleading customers. It is not right at all.

All they do is try to get you to book the most expensive services and get all the money they can squeeze out of you. Upgrading to the All You Can Play was a waste because they say the card cut off at 2 hours of when the party start. After sitting down waiting for the pizza, having cake, birthday show, ticket blaster, and gift opening the 2 hours was already over!

I would not recommend a birthday party here. I will try somewhere...

First of all I want to say we made it another day praise God. I am new to the community in Lewisville and you really can't go wrong living in the area that I live in right now. It is so clean over here where I'm living at I am so blessed that I have someone that's care about my well-being. I am so grateful to her and these days of time. I was out enjoying the day and staying safe also so I looked up to my right and it had a pizza sign that you get a large pizza for $5 I feel like a kid again going to Chuck-E-Cheese but you can only go in there when you ordering to go but I was happy about that it brought a lot of memories back to me when my sons was much younger. I guess I can speak for others that feel the way that I do the bring back memories. Since I am a middle-aged woman. But I do love the community that I'm living in right at this time. I will say this that you can't go wrong order a large pizza for $5 and from Chuck-E-Cheese I will pizza was so good my eyes roll back of my head I couldn't help myself but it didn't get stuck. I don't know of anyone out here experience the way I have when your food so good that your eyes roll back and then you close them also and then you just shake your head and smile. So all of the Chuck-E-Cheese lovers they will return again and just hold on and don't give up Chuck-E-Cheese is going to come back again stronger. I am a satisfied customer and I don't mind telling the whole world that I am. I have enjoyed my time in the past with my sons and my other family member. To all all the hard workers at Chuck-E-Cheese hold on and never give up and always always be safe in these times.
