There is a manager named Shanda that lacks the proper professionalism and customer service skills to be held in such a high position. A cashier called her to the front to ask her if the shirt I was purchasing was on sale due to a stain on the collar or if that was just the clearance price as is. Shanda came over and took the shirt from the cashier and walked about 3 registers over. She never acknowledged my 15 year old son and I standing there prior to rudely walking away. The cashier proceeded with scanning my other items which totaled 111.00. After she was finished we were still waiting on the manager to provide an answer. The cashier asked her again. Shanda replied use your walky talkie. Then Shanda told her the Polo would be $20 instead of $25. I advised the cashier I didn't want to purchase it and told my son we would run to Dillard's to get him one. (I purchased the 2 other Polo shirts he selected). The cashier told Shanda what I said and she rudely replied "Ok Good"! I walked down to the register where she was at and asked her why did she say "Ok Good!" She laughed and asked what's wrong with that? (While still refusing to give eye contact and being obnoxious). I told the cashier to refund me for the items I just purchased. While the cashier was doing so, Shanda came over and obnoxiously said Thanks, have a great day! Long story short, I'm filing a complaint against her and will no longer shop at this location after being a happy customer...
Read moreI have been shopping at this store for over 15 years and I come in every week because of the convenience. I will welcome head quarters or someone who cares about their regular customers to contact me and check my history. Today I came and made my over hundred dollars purchase, like I always and there was a very young black girl, very nice and I noticed she is new. She forgot to remove the security tag from one of my items. When I came through the door the alarm when off. The so called manager called me and looked at me like I was stealing something, very rude she proceed to check everything and asked me very rude for the receipt. When discovered the tag she started to talk down about the black girl. I'm Latin and I absolutely believe this awful manager is a very ugly prejudice woman. She should never be around other people that is not her kind. I'm so upset about the way she was so suspicious about me stealing. I told her that she was rude and that I was planning to send a formal complaint about her. She turned around and gave me her back with an aptitude. She probably comes from a very poor back ground where education wasn't available. I'm upset how can she see others lower then her. She is a prejudice trash that doesn't know how be nice to no one. HER NAME KENSLY. I'm not planning to return ever because I don't even want to encounter this prejudice...
Read moreAbsolutely the rudest employees I have ever encountered. I went into the store yesterday, 3/6, and the cashier and the manager were both rude. I purchased an item which subsequently needed to be returned. I left my receipt at home and the store employee that helped me yesterday was the same employee that told me today that they do not look up receipts using the card you used to make the purchase and unless I brought my receipt, I was only eligible for store credit at a discounted price from what was on the sticker of the item that I purchased. I then proceeded to tell them I was just here yesterday and both the cashier in front of me and the one next to her got really really rude. With a really snarky tone telling me I was once again able to get store credit or could bring back my receipt because they don’t “retain personal information.” If they don’t have the ability to look up an item using your card, then why do they have the ability to retain your phone number or email to send a receipt? Makes no sense. I will...
