don’t come here if you are looking for a good wrapped burrito. this old man there (not trying to be rude) was trying to roll my burrito but doesn’t even know how to spread both tortillas out so once he does roll EVERYTHING falls out once u open the foil. i asked them like 7 times to use a new tortilla because they tried 3 times unwrapping and wrapping the burrito again. none of them listened especially the cashier with the attitude. after like 5 minutes waiting on the side i finally got my burrito again but didn’t see if they rolled it right. i went over to seats and checked. what happened? the whole burrito fell apart. i told them “please re do this. any sane person would know this is not rolled right. what did they do “sorry we have a line and you’ve annoyed us enough” okay so now i’m in fault for wanting a well wrapped burrito so i can eat without it falling apart. so i said “just give me 2 tortillas on the side i’ll roll it myself” so i get the tortillas and surprise surprise. they’ve rolled it in foil so bad that once u open it the tortillas have holes in them and tears on the side. that’s not all btw. so i get in my friends car and we drive away from the store. i pick up my bag and what do i see? a bunch of queso and salsa water dripping out from the bag. EVERYTHING FELL APART ON THE WAY HOME. NOT EVEN 5 MINUTES! do i want a refund? NO. i wont even accept free food from here because they DONT KNOW HOW TO MAKE IT. i can keep going? okay i’ll keep going. so i moved some of the stuff from one burrito to a new tortilla the best i could, my first bite: bad chicken. i keep eating it’s fine. the last few bites had A LOT OF BAD chicken that was NOT COOKED. i woke up this morning not even an hour ago with the worst stomach pain and have not ate anything other than that chipotle & breakfast yesterday. this is the 4th chipotle i’ve gone to in lewisville, grapevine & flour mound. none of them have had me say “this is good food” without struggling to eat the food or it falling apart. PLEASE teach these managers to do their job and teach these employees how to do...
Read moreDO NOT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE!!!
So Ive read a few of the reviews and I’ve always been skeptical that people just bash certain establishments “just because” but the negative reviews that you will read about this particular Chipotle are certainly true. While the food was good…the customer service was traaasshhhh. The short Hispanic woman had the worst attitude for no apparent reason. She was cross contaminating my food because she was touching containers here, going under the counter over there, grabbing stuff from under the line. She scraped the maybe 6 strands of lettuce out of the tub..cuffed it in her hand, reached under the line ,grabbed a new tub of lettuce with the SAME hand the lettuce is in, pulled the old tub out with her free hand, turned around , and I said “hold on..I don’t want THAT lettuce on my burrito ..you just touched like three different things wit that lettuce in your hand”..she proceeded to put it in the fresh lettuce tub anyway, mixed it up and looked at me like “who are you?! I Got this” AND STILL PUT IT ON MY BURRITO!!! I was so appalled at the audacity of her that I was speechless. Whoever the young kid is with braces, kudos little brother for doing your best to make it right. He was very professional and offered my wife and I a free drink to compensate. IF HE ISNT THE MANAGER HE DEFINITELY SHOULD BE BECAUSE HE WAS “WORKIN”!! Whoever SHE is though, she should NOT be on the line, she was not polite, clean, nor was she welcoming AT ALL. I’m attaching a picture of my receipt in hopes that the owner/manager checks the time stamp and goes back to see how this employee conducted herself, especially in the manner of cross contaminating the food the WE as customers pay for. With that being said , I definitely wouldn’t go to this CHIPOTLE EVER AGAIN!! I encourage you all to never go as well until they do something about this HORRIBLE...
Read moreWalked in to a dirty restaurant from the door window to the kitchen to the lobby. I had to wait for the five team members behind the counter to finally acknowledge I was standing in front of the hot and cold wells. I feel I could have walked through the kitchen and make my own burrito to the chipotle standards better then this Team did tonight. I had ordered two burritos to go. Asked for light rice which was fine, I have to do this because of the heaping scoops they put into the burritos. Paid $36 for my food to wait several minutes to be served. I couldn’t believe they had two customers sitting in the lobby. Considering that all of the tables were dirty. The fountain also severely under stocked and filthy. Not to mention a mop bucket just sitting in the lobby waiting for the right customer to slip and fall on it. Food was overly spicy and tasted like it sat in the hot well for hours. Playing music in the restaurant speakers and their JBL speaker was also a bad look.
Do better chipotle.
