There is definitely a disconnect with this site and their management. Two weeks ago I went there and was told no full menu, understaffed. Wednesday I placed an order on there app. Pickup, 9p.m., drive-thru. When I arrived the cashier was very confused. She told me to pull the the 2nd window, which I did. I sat there for nearly five minutes then called the location. Girl came to the window we discussed the situation. She said she was the manager, I said you don't act like one, she replied, I don't want to be one. Really!? I waited called again, male manager came to the phone. I told him where I was located, he came to the window and said he was the manager. Where I replied well whose lying then? Well I just got here at 9, well I got here at 9:05 and now it's 9:22 now. He retrieved my burgers from the inside pick up area. I said are you really charging me for there 3 $1 cheeseburgers after this. He said there was nothing he could do, if didn't want to pay, call my bank and refuse the charge! Seriously? I got back to my hotel they were cold and stale. I called Thursday, GM not available. I left my name and number. Is Saturday and no call. I've been in this town a month, applied at this location. Over 30 years in the restaurant business. 5 as an ower, 25 in upper management . I can't get an interview, but these are the managers that you let you run this place?...
Read moreWe moved to the area a year ago and this mcdonald's was our go to since it was right on the corner. The last month or two we have had nothing but problems.
Strike one my roommate placed a mobile order and had the confirmation the order was sent to that location and paid for. The manager on duty said because it did not show up on her end they would not make the food and we would just have to pay and order again. After a long argument they finally honored our paid order.
They constantly at all hours not just night shut off mobile orders cause they don't want to cook them.
Picking up a order in drive through we had two drinks. The manager handed up the drink and was mad we didn't take the second one immediately cause we had to move a couple things to put them down. She told us that if we were not ready to let her know when we were and SLAMMED the window shut and walked off.
And Then last night I ordered a small meal and my Dr pepper looked like weak tea. We asked if they could change or replace it and they said no. For a paid for drink that clearly wasn't good.
I won't be coming to this one again. I'll drive 10 minutes to the next one.

That is what they did with me. I went somewhere else.
At or about 7:00 this morning, I presented them with a BOGO coupon (buy one get one free Egg McMuffin) when they refused to give me the offer citing that the address on the coupon was for another McDonald's.
If that is the case, then why was I directed to the corporate website to fill out the survey and not their individual store's website?
I explained to them that I was there last week, and they graciously accepted coupons from another McDonald's. It was only today that they decided to refuse me service.
I figured something was wrong this morning because the customer in front of me was scammed by the cashier who gave her less than the proper amount of change for a $20 bill.
There was a big argument between the cashier and the customer about her change. It was clear to me when I stormed out that the employees are out to scam you for your money just like the cashier did with that poor lady in front of me.
My advice, go somewhere else. I will never set foot in their store again. Their customer service is...
