Read moreI have been patronizing this Bucks everyday, or thereabouts for the last three years. The crew is awesome and knows my name and my beverage of choice. I know their names and we chat when there is time. Generally the wait for my latte is right around three minutes. Often times faster.......that is until Starbucks brought about the Mobile Order. This has legitimately ruined this location and the whole vibe there. Whoever thought of this in Seattle should be demoted to milk mopper. This location HAS a drive thru and HAD an efficient crew....and because people are too lazy to come inside and stand in line or too busy to drive thru or too self important or have a social disorder, they are allowed to phone their orders in. This in turn backs up the drinks in the store and the drinks in the drive thru. Now my wait is approximately ten minutes. I have seen this happen to other locations as well. Even when there is a dedicated barista. People phone their orders in and then rush in and typically interrupt the barista to ask if "this is my drink" or "do you have a drink for Maria" or whatever nonsense. Then, myself and all the folks who bothered to wait in line stand there wondering if they should punch someone in the face, buy a French press and never come back or worse, find a coffee shop that's not Starbucks.....wait, there aren't any anymore because the Seattle Slayer ran em outta town. Please get rid of the INCONVENIENT mobile...
Read moreUnapologetically horrible with mobile orders. Seriously, go somewhere else.. I wish I didn't have to be so blunt but I have tried mobile order at this location at least 6 times and EVERY instance has had an issue.
Issues I've run into: (1) On multiple occasions their system is not updated with what they currently have available, from breakfast sandwiches to lunch wraps... I arrive and the item is not there so they offer me a replacement item. (2) I ordered a Hearty Blueberry Oatmeal. Something I order frequently at my fave location in Carrollton. They did not include the pkg of nuts that come with the meal. When I brought this to the attention of the employee who prepared it, his response: "What did you order? Oh it doesn't come with that." So I took a moment to look up the image of the oatmeal on the app which CLEARLY shows that it does in fact come with both nuts and blueberries. He did not apologize for his mistakes and offered me the nuts. (3) I ordered 4 drinks. They made 3 of them.. I waited a couple minutes. It didn't show. Had to ask for it.
These instances are not huge but after repetitive and consistent mistakes, they've lost...
