Went in to buy a cake yesterday for a family members birthday. The cashier to checked me out was on her phone and we had to wait for her to stop scrolling through so that I could swipe my card. When the cake was passed out and we started eating it the cake was SPOILED!! mind you we checked the expiration date before we checked out. When I went to go get my refund they “put it back okay my card” I got a notification that it in fact was not done right and wasn’t refunded they refuse to refund it to my card or give me cash for a cake that was spoiled. This place is okay I would give it 5 stars but they need to change somethings like the fruit and vegetables sometimes they are bad and it looks like they dont chnage them out that much. Also the staff is kinda rude at times, especially this one lady with long black hair shes always standing around the register eating and giving you a mean look if you interrupt her gossiping and ask her if she can check you out shell roll her eyes at you and gets all annoyed (i mean that is her job right or does she get paidjust to gossip?). things that i like is the pan dulce, queso fresco and othe little things they sale that aren't that expensive like...

Overall store is pretty neat, the thing is the employees, the cashiers in the front are extremely rude , every time I check out it seems like it’s a bother to them to ring up my 2 items, the manager is extremely rude to her employees, it’s been 2 times that one of the guys at the food court has had inappropriate behavior towards me it’s very unprofessional , I was eating there one time with one of my friends and we would get stared at by one of the male employees cleaning the floors ,I’m not exaggerating he was straight up staring nonstop, it’s very uncomfortable plz do better with...
