Critiques: Food is wayy too salty. It tastes like microwaveable food that has a bunch of preservatives in it-primarily salt. They salted our tortilla chips-which you pay $5+ for- and I don't understand this trend because I can salt them myself with the salt shaker at our table. -Skillet queso- I've heard it's 🔥, so I had to give it a try. The ground beef tasted fake and, again, so much salt it made me nauseous. -Tortilla Soup- my boyfriend liked it and I agree, the overall taste was good, but for me it was wayy too salty, like a canned soup.

Upsides: The customer service was on point. Claps to you guys! Literally everyone there was super warm and friendly, smiled, and made us feel welcome. When we had an issue with the soda syrup running low, they changed it and gave us a fresh refill- no questions asked. Our main courses were both really good! I have bacon chicken ranch quesadillas and my boyfriend had the secret sauce burger. I assume these were the only two things made fresh in-house.

This food chain is really doing y'all workers a disservice by handing you guys such sub-par food to serve. I would direct this critique to the higher-ups for such poor food choices, because the food prep and service were all excellent 👍🏼 but the quality of the food is not it 🙅🏻‍♀️. Despite the friendly staff, I probably won't be back unless I get another gift card to spend, because I feel queasy after leaving here 🤢.

Would give 2 stars, but great customer service is so important! Keep up the good work guys! Oughta send this one on to your CEO. If we wanted McDonald's quality food, we'd go...

We walked in and there was a 25 min wait for two people...understandable for 7 pm on a Saturday night. Just walked out at 7:35, after looking around and realizing more that half of the tables were completely dirty and no one was bussing, preventing seating. There was food all over the dirty tables and floors, kind of killing our appetite after already waiting...the hostess was extremely rude and barely spoke English and didn’t understand what I said...I am usually pretty understanding but she was very rude with me for repeating myself to her and was rude when we told her we would rather leave. All the toilets in the women’s bathroom were disgusting and clogged, the sink and floors and trash cans looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a month... definitely needs a change of staff that isn’t lazy and cares about the customer service and satisfaction. My fiancé said the men’s restroom was JUST as bad. Completely kills the mood and appetite. Had 30 people standing around for a table when there was plenty of tables that could have been turned and cleaned to prevent crowding. I have worked restraunt for a long time and that was absolutely filthy and not a good atmosphere, ESPECIALLY on a Saturday night. Will not return...

I called in an order to this Chili's last night around 8:00 after a 12 hour drive in from Georgia.The person I spoke to didn't want to take the order and let me know that if I did decide to place an order I would have to come in and pick it up. Their sign clearly says curbside pickup until 9:00, but apparently not this time. When I got there and went in, I stood on and on at the counter with waiters and waitresses walking all around me and no one speaking to me. There was me and one other couple there (at the cash register at the back entrance next to the curbside pickup parking places. The lady I talked to on the phone brought my food up to the register and yelled out "King". No "Can I help you?" no "Have you been helped?". I questioned her about the curbside pickup. It was only 8:30 and it was supposed to go on until 9:00. She said her manager had told her she had to look out for her safety and she doesn't take any food outside after dark. Guess the folks at McDonald's don't care about safety. Their drive through is open their posted hours, they are friendlier, and they are a heck of a...
