I ordered two pizzas and a side brownie. I decided to skip the curbside delivery to save time. It was raining and 35 degrees. I jumped out of the car to find the lobby was closed with a sign telling me to pick the pizza up at a side walk up window. I knocked on the window (which had no overhang) and pushed the doorbell multiple times in the rain for approx 3-5 minutes while I watched 4 workers walking back and forth in front of the window. I gave up, went back to my car, and called the phone number listed on the website. After sorting through (what seemed like forever) on an automated phone service, I reached a young girl in the restaurant. I told her apparently I was confused as I was in the parking lot trying to find how I was expected to pick up my order. The young girl told me to go over to the walk up window in which I questioned as no one answered my knocking just 5 minutes prior. This time I drove my car over to the window and hopped out. I then knocked on the window multiple times again to which no one answered. At one point, a young girl looked at me out the window and then continued to work. I probably stood there for a total of five minutes until finally someone came over to the window. When she gave me the pizzas, she said in a smart-Alec voice âhave a good nightâ. She did not give me a receipt or I would have filled out a complaint through that avenue. I then explained to my 11-year-old son in the car that in that one instance, those young workers have made that restaurant lose a customer. I will not go back. On a side note- the pizza was warm, the order was correct, the taste was great..... but I do not appreciate standing out in the cold rain while they knowingly refused to give...
   Read moreI was on the phone with their call center instead of a Dominos employee directly for 25 minutes before getting my order straight just for them to tell me that the coupons I was trying to use only work Online. This wouldn't be a problem if their app and online ordering was working but at the moment it isn't working. I figured okay well if I can't use the coupons I'll just get something else so I go through with placing my order and ask about my piece of the pie rewards and again they say it is online only but the app nor website are working for placing ordered. I then tell the call center to direct me to a store member and once he gets on the phone I explain the issue to him and ask about their coupons and piece of the pie rewards in which he told me those coupons are not available unless you order online and neither is redeeming your piece of the pie rewards. The store employee then proceeded to say well if our app isn't working and I can't get you that deal because it isn't online then I don't know what to tell you other than Call Another Pizza Place. This is terrible customer service and there is no reason why after 35 minutes of waiting through automated ordering over the phone to being sent to a call center before getting to the store employee themselves should I be walking away without a pizza. I have been a long time Dominos consumer but will not be coming back unless these issues...
   Read moreMy daughter and I order from this location at least once a week. The last couple of times we have ordered the pizza didn't have light sauce like we ordered. We did not complain. Tonight we ordered BBQ wings. The wings has BBQ on them however they are so hot we couldn't eat them. I called the store after a few minutes someone claiming that they were the manager on duty answered the phone. I explained to her about the wings. We know the wings get delivered plain, mild, and hot. Ours were hot wings dipped in honey bbq. We have worked in food service 20 years+ this including working for pizza hut and papa johns pizza. She did offer to give us a 15 dollar credit or replacement wings which would be up to 45 minutes to have them delivered. I asked the lady for her name 3 different times. She refused to tell me her name. She never once apologized for the wings. She was short and rude with me. She even hung the phone up on me. Our family loves domino's. Now we are considering not ordering from this...
