As a lover of Mexican food I quite liked this place. The chicken and steak is cooked well and has a distinct flavor. The service was also extremely active, constantly checking up to make sure we were enjoying our food and to refill our cups. They were very polite and very efficient in their work, cleaning tables just as soon as the customers finished and left. I’d also like to note how charming the establishment looks. It’s a small area but it’s split into two rooms, both have large glass panels that allow you to see the city outside. The restaurant has faux plants like vines that trail down the walls and foliage wrapped around the central lights. There is also a bar there, but we didn’t go there as we weren’t interested nor are we of legal age to drink. I ordered the Fajita Chimichanga with chicken as my friend who accompanied me ordered a Tropical Fajita. We were both very delighted by our meals and ate everything in full and we had a very satisfying time together.

It was okay! The taco 🌮 with the broth was a little strange, and messy to consume. I regretted getting it to be honest. It just wasn't for me .... Overall it was a well rounded experience. It was above average food. The atmosphere was ok. Trivia guy was great and considerate of the guests and his amps volume. The decor wasn't too wild .... very safe ... On the same level as Chilis, Outback, but with a more Mexican twist. The service was okay. The restrooms were spotless extra clean... Outside parking lot was avg .... Tea was good.... Was it worth the price.... Sure 🤷 I'd definitely go back but I'd try something else. I still give this 5.1 out of 6 stars. It's easy to impress, but hard to wow. Between stars 5-6 is where the magic happens without taking away from the business.

When I heard El Mariachi was coming to campus (or very close) I was excited. I frequent the location in Hamburg. I tried this location for the first time today and the did not disappoint. It was just as delicious as the Hamburg location and the service was also super friendly. I called in the order and it was ready and still hot when I arrived. Having this restaurant within walking distance of my work is going to be dangerous to my pocketbook.

Came with grad student cohort for Cinco de Mayo; best margaritas on this side of town. Called ahead and they were able to accommodate a group of 8 on short-notice. Wait staff and management was very attentive even though the place was a little busy given the festivities. I loved the chimichangas and the prices were very competitive for the quality of food and drinks. Will definitely be coming back; great for large groups/lunches I’d...
