QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Lexington

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible, I placed an online order 20 minutes in advance, I ordered a CHICKEN quesadilla with the works. I walk in and the cashier said I would have to wait because they are slammed, I understand that from working in the food industry previously so I thought okay that’s fine. People start to walk in after I’ve been there for 10 minutes waiting and they start taking these people’s order instead of preparing mine knowing I ordered it 30 minutes ago. I let it go when they finally start making mine, I received my order and headed home. I get home and there isn’t ONE piece of chicken on that thing. Cheese, lettuce, and peppers is the only thing it came with. I got robbed by this place and the employees are absolutely incompetent to perform a simple task such as making a quesadilla and putting meat in it. I proceeded to call almost 20 times without a single answer, I know a bit ridiculous but I was extremely upset I spent all that time in there and spent actually money for the complete opposite of something I ordered. I understand that this restaurant is on a college campus and all, but college kids want to eat in clean places too. This is the dirtiest QDOBA restaurant I have ever been to. Had I noticed the "followup" score of 92 on their front door, (I can't imagine what the original score was) I never would have eaten there. First, the food was not fresh. My rice was dry and old. My chips had clumps of salt on them. My food was not fresh at ALL. The counters where the food is served was loaded down with food that probably fell out of their serving untensil and had not been cleaned. It was disgusting. The lettuce looked a bit wilted and was warm. The worst part was that a girl came in with her dog, got in line, ordered food and the workers never said a word!!!! That's enough for me to say no to QDOBA for good. I love my dog, but she cannot go to let alone inside of a restaurant. My suggestion...STAY AWAY!...

Food is about average for a Qdoba so no complaints there. However, service leaves a LOT to be desired. Got burrito bowls to eat in the store and they were out of utensils. Not a big deal right? Went up to the counter and politely asked for two forks . She was in the middle of an order and said to give her just a sec, so I waited. Their order ends and she looks at me, then turns asks a man who came up quite a while after me (doordash I think) for his order. Takes her time to find it, then makes a show out of looking at me again, then going to start a totally new order for people who had come in even later then doordash guy. We finally had to get just grab to-go lids and leave because we couldn't eat the bowls without a fork. Food was miserably cold by the time we got home. And this is par for the course at this location which...
