Elizabeth's Pizza — Restaurant in Lexington

This restaurant is awful. My sister literally asked me what did I order and I said the lasagna. She said that was the worst dish to ever order from them. So I called and asked that i could receive another dish because i honestly didn't want to be disappointed on my birthday with an awful meal. Considered she and I like the same meals. Plus I tipped $9.00 also received the wrong salad. I asked the owner could the lasagna be replaced an he called me GIRL THE WHOLE NINE. AUH I'M 51 TODAY SERIOUSLY. SO I SAD THIS GUY ISN'T PROFESSIONAL OR TRYING TO MAKE IT RIGHT AS I AM A customer SO I AM A RAM SO THEN MY HORNS CAME OUT LITERALLY. CAUSE I'M A GOOD PERSON UNTIL YOU PLAY WITH MY MONEY. SO I SAID IF YOU DON'T REPLACE MY MEAL I WILL SAY IT HAD A ROACH IN IT. OMG YO I WASN'T SERIOUS. HOWEVER I SAID FORGET IT I'M HUNGRY I WILL TRY IT. When I TELL YOU THEY HAVE THE WORST $10.00 LASAGNA YO THESE PEOPLE SHOULDN't even think of NO LASAGNA!!!!!! STORE BOUGHT IS BETTER. The food is good, however the prices have gone up a great amount. Very understandable with everything going on, but my boyfriend and I ordered 35 wings and online they said like $33, in person it was $40 okay cool. But the total was $44 for 35 wings. Then when we look in the bag they only gave us 2 very small cups of ranch dressing. I kindly ask for extra and they tell me it’ll be like $1.25 or so extra. It’s not the point of it being $1 or so extra it’s the fact we are paying a good amount already and they didn’t supply us with the correct amount of ranch to begin with. 2 little cups of ranch is no where near enough for 35 wings. I change my mind and I go back in and ask for the extra cup since their ranch is the best in town. She says she can’t ring it up on its own and so I’m waiting and waiting and then she just ads it as a tip on my old receipt. If it was so much of a hassle to find a way to ring it up I don’t see why she couldn’t have just given me the ranch. A 35 wing order should most definitely get 4...

Like most Americans these days, I am careful where my dollar bills get spent. Elizabeth's Pizza fills all my criteria, and then some. Taste? Man, it's Elizabeth's. Nuff said! Friendliness? Just enough where I feel like they are happy to see me come through the door, but not to make me feel smothered. Value? I can get a large cheese pizza for about $13, get full immediately and have enough left over to keep the munchies at bay for the rest of the night. Try that at Burger King. Speaking of which, with the way fast food burger places are raising their prices it seems that Elizabeth's is where you get the most bang for your buck. As much as I love their pizza (I worked in the pizza business for 3 decades, so I kind of know the ropes), my go to meal of late is the cheese steak hoagie. Superb! Who knows what it will be next week. There is a reason that place has stayed in business at that spot for so long while others come and go.
