Five Guys — Restaurant in Lexington

Needless to say I will never come back to this location again, maybe Five Guys in general. First they got my milkshake wrong no biggie they corrected it. I placed my order for pick up and they didn't start making any of my food until I arrived so what was the point of placing the order in advance. The guys working there were arguing with one another so the energy was negative. I get home and they did not add tomatoes, I asked for light lettuce there was 2 pieces, no ketchup, the A-1 sauce tasted old and the burger wasn't on the bun. My boyfriend opened his sandwich and it was drowned in mayonnaise when he requested light mayonnaise, his burger was not edible. The fries were so salty that is all you could taste. I have never had a bad experience at Five Guys and maybe had the staff been better organized acting like a team instead of a bunch of kids the food would have...

I must’ve ordered on a horrible day because what I got versus what I paid for was absolutely ridiculous. The beef “Patties” we’re completely uneven and didn’t even touch the edge of the bun. The fries were completely burnt to char and were nothing but the crumbs . Not one solid fry in the order. I cant believe they charge what they do when you’re better off staying home and eating a bologna sandwich! I placed a phone order and the order wasn’t correct with only a few items ordered . It wasn’t like it was huge order thank god or id be even more disgusted with this place . Never ever again will I order from this location. Oh 5Guys..have you really gone this expensive ? I haven't been to one since probably 2018 in NYC, but for A cheeseburgers, a vanilla shake and smaller size fries for $21 ? (On a very important note though, the service from when I place my order to ordering a second time for my fries and shake, to getting all my order was excellent. These guys are working hard).... anyway.....

Yes I know it's fresh beef (whatever that means these days) but I could've fed a whole family with $21 at Cookout (Yes, I also know they're not the best burger we can have) but inflation can't be this bad?

Maybe cut off the idea of having sacks and sacks of peanuts on your dining area so that the price can be lowered.

Used to love FiveGuys but I'm going to have to say my meal last week will be my last time eating/orderin at any FiveGuys.
