I went inside due to the drive thru being very busy. The service inside was timely as it should have been due to not many customers being inside. I counted six total inside that were already dining. The young lady that took my order did take a couple minutes to do so since she was restocking " something" behind the counter. My 4 star rating was not due to that situation it was what happened after I placed my order and recieved my drink for that order. She told me it would be a few minutes before my order was ready and someone would call my name. So I picked up a few napkins from the dispenser found a seat away from the other 6 people that was dining in and placed my drink and napkins on that table. I decided to go wash my hand in the restroom while I was awaiting my food to be prepared. I did notice a young walking around the dining room and he appeared to be cleaning it up. I stepped to the side of my table as he passed by me and then went to the restroom to wash my hands. I was gone maybe 2 minutes and as I was coming back by the food counter they called out my name and my food order was ready. I took my food walked about ten steps to my table than I noticed all my napkins were gone and my soft drink HAD BEEN MOVED ON MY TABLE. I THOUGHT, WHAT THE HECK, WHO TOOK MY NAPKINS AND MOVED MY DRINK. I was just about to ask one of the other customers , IF THEY NOTICED ANYONE "MESSING WITH MY DRINK", then about that time ; the young man that was cleaning the dinning area as I went to the restroom to wash my hand came to me and said; I thought you were finished so I took your napkins and I started to throw your drink away but I thought; MAYBE YOU WERE JUST GOING TO THE RESTROOM; SINCE THAT IS WHERE YOU HEADED WHEN YOU SAT YOUR DRINK DOWN. I must admitt. I HAD TO TAKE A COUPLE DEEP BREATHS BEFORE I RESPONSED AND I THAN SAID, THANK YOU FOR NOT THROWING MY DRINK AWAY WHILE I WENT TO THE RESTROOM TO WASH MY HANDS, I do not over react for two reasons. The young man appeared to be " alittle slow in his ability to understand thing" and two, he was doing a good job cleaning up the dining area. Maybe alittle TOO GOOD; WHEN THERE WAS ONLY 6 PEOPLE IN THE ENTIRE DINING AREA and maybe his supervisor had told him to clean ever table that : NO ONE IS PHYSICAL DINING AT ; who knows. Either way. The food was great and it is hard to complaint about about someone cleaning the dining room. So drive on young man, just maybe next time. Read moreI bet management does not care enough about their restaurant to respond to this review and that alone speaks on how this place is being operated… Literally the worst Chick Fil A that I’ve ever been to. So yesterday I had a mobile order and checked in at the drive thru by giving them the name on my order, the guy said “Okay, pull around.” So I pulled around to find out at the window that they didn’t have my mobile order in their system which they should have told me at the speaker so I could have fixed it right then and they could have had my order ready by the time I got to the window instead of finding out there. I stop in here for a quick grab and go breakfast before work… I even order off of the “breakfast” menu so I can get it quicker even though I like lunch food MUCH better. Well long story short, I had to wait lunch food time for breakfast food and was late to work because of their incompetence at the drive thru. I waited over 30 minutes for my simple order of 2 fillets and a biscuit. Why ask me what the name on the order is if you’re not even going to check it and start getting it ready? This is the only Chick Fil A that I have ever gone to that has pulled this stunt. And today when I went, I ordered through the app where I pay for my order in advance and for some reason they had to “charge me for my bacon” which slowed me down again for no reason and also why should I have to pay when I’ve already paid?!? And another side note is I said thank you at the drive thru and the guy taking orders did not say “my pleasure” back to me. It’s not a big deal but it’s just another example of how either management or the owner of this specific franchise lets their employees do whatever they want and do not care about meeting the Chick Fil A corporate brand standard. I’ll be reaching out to corporate about this very soon so they get an idea of what’s going on here. Let’s see if the owner gives me the same generic “ We sincerely apologize for your experience! We hope you will change your mind and give us another opportunity to serve you if you're back this way again!” reply like in all the other reviews where their restaurant employees dropped the ball and they refuse to accept responsibility for it and do something to make it right or not. Read moreI am not usually a customer that complains. But I'm writing this review because some one needs to be accountable. Earlier this summer I called ahead for a nugget platter for a small gathering at my families house. When I went to pick up the platter I waited 40 minutes in my (at that time) non air conditioned car for an employee to bring out the platter tray. I chalked that up as a once in a lifetime poor incident for Chick-fil-A. Yesterday, I picked up a medium sized platter for my Mother's birthday (the only thing she requested) the total cost was $57...again paid immediately and waited another 40 minutes (mind you I also have two small children in the car). When I confronted the manager stating the employee told me to pull around and they would bring it right out... he had absolutely no recollection of my order or how much an medium size nugget tray costs. He had to ring it in for a total cost. I then asked to use the restroom, as I had waited for over 45 minutes for a platter I called in the previous day to be picked up. He then told me team members were only allowed to use the restrooms. I was so anger leaving there.
