I’ve gone to Starbucks nearly everyday for three years and this is the first unpleasant experience I’ve had. We approached the male barista behind the register to place our order and he walked away for serval minutes. Upon finally returning, he was very hostile taking our order. I would never treat a human being in the manner I was treated. His demeanor and his words indicated using two forms of payment (remainder of gift card and debit card) was a major inconvenience to him. Unfortunately, my drink was made incorrect (hot instead of iced). Upon vocalizing this to a female barista at the bar and her kindly offering to remake my drink, the male barista shook his head and interjected with “you never said iced.” I am unsure of the extenuating circumstances of his day to prompt hostility towards a customer but, because he was overflowing with kindness to everyone else in the cafe except myself, it...
Read moreHorrible service. Immature, discriminating kids. Whispered and giggled as they let me sit there waiting while they served THREE orders after me. Already aggravated, I walked over and asked about my two mochas. Not sure why they felt the need to do this since I had paid just like everyone else. Maybe I didn't fit their standards for a costumer. Either way best believe I'll keep coming back to show my gratitude for such terrible service. I even tipped these people... Wait for the next day when I want a mocha getting off work with my muddy boots and oops.. I forgot to bring shoes to change into....

I ran back in to use the bathroom and change my daughter and was again greeted with so much joy. To round of the evening, I had to run in again with my son to use the bathroom and had promised him a cake pop. The man working had heard me tell my son he could have a cake pop and so it was waiting for us when we came out of the bathroom. As a mom of two young kiddos on a very long road trip, this kindness made my entire night. I tried contacting Starbucks with this review but couldn’t locate the store so I hope it gets to the sweet gentleman. Thank you for your thoughtfulness, the world needs more people...
