Allow me to say, I'D PUT NO STARS INSTEAD IF I COULD!!! My husband and I have been staying away from Logans for a while as it's food, customer service, and all around environment has taken a massive nosedive over the years. Logans use to be our restaurant. But not any longer after last night. For starters, we arrived a few minutes til 7pm. (Maybe about 6:45pm) we were seated quickly in the bar section. There wasn't many people in the bar at all. Maybe 4 to 5. We sat there for approximately 15 minutes. No one came to greet us. We sat there without drinks or rolls. Finally at around the 20 minute mark, a waitress came rushing up to us and said that she didnt know we were sitting there. She identified herself and said she'd be back with rolls too.
At the 30 minute mark we still hadn't received anything. I told my husband that I'll together our rolls and drinks. My husband was irritated by this point.
At around to 40 minute mark she finally brought our drinks. Still no rolls. While she (Raj) was there my husband and I decided to just order for the fear we wouldn't get to for hours later. Be both chose the Logan. We also ordered an order of the potato skins.
60 minutes, still no food or rolls. I then told my husband that I'll go get them myself. So I did. I went to the kitchen doorway and there was a sweet girl there named Danielle. She went out of her way to get the rolls and then she got the butter also. She gave it to me and I explained our situation. Danielle was a very sweet girl and she apologized to me for having to get it myself. As I got ready to turn around , our original waitress (Raj) came around me and insisted she would get the rolls when I already had. They were in my hand. She (Raj) became very irrate and irritated, slamming things around. So I went ahead and left the doorway and went back to our seats. About an hour and a half into this, Raj came to the table with the potato skins and our meals. No steak sauce, no drink refills, no nothing of the sort. The bartender was the one to bring us those. Fast forward, 2 hours after being there and dealing with this waitress from he'll, we asked for our bill and it was brought to us about 10 minutes later. While I was looking at the bill, Raj decided to take the time to finally clean off our dishes. She asked if we'd like a to go drink. It was in a large "good cup" and she said she'd bring me some rolls for home as well. I had to look at this woman and just smile. Knowing that she was trying to make the last 2.5 hours of hell be corrected with some rolls, drinks, and a clean table "so we can sit back and just relax and talk" (What does she think we had been doing all this time?!) So, on my merchant copy after i signed it, I wrote on there near the tip section....... "Please acknowledge the customers more and not ignore them like you did" Tip: $0.00 "Happy Thanksgiving!" I then went to the kitchen with $10.00, and wanted to talk to Danielle. Raj found the bill that I signed and made a beeline to my general direction. I was speaking to the manager on duty. I was explaining to her how and what had happened. Raj was extremely irate she was raising her voice and saying how unfair that was of me to do to her. She kept repeating "that's not right! That's not right at all!" The manager wanted to make everything thing better for us and our experience there but honestly we will never go back. It was just too terrible. So, before I left I found Danielle and I handed her the $10.00. She at first didn't want to take it. She explained that all she did was get us rolls and that's it . I told her that she did more for us, showed more kindness to us, than our server did the whole time we had been there. I also explained that she, Danielle, got the tip from us and the other server did not. We exchanged pleasantries and I left. Never to return. Logans needs to do better. You've lost customers whole loved being there at one point. Now, we won't ever...
Read moreUpdate 7.28.2025: It had been a while so I decided to give them another try. I had another bad experience on 7.20.2025. We made an online order for three people for pickup. My husband made the pickup and got home and started unbagging the meals. We were missing my meal (Cajun Chicken & Sausage Alfredo). I checked the receipt and it looks like they had highlighted all items on the receipt except for that meal. They did this to check for accuracy. This only works if they don’t send out the meal without everything highlighted. I called them and I talked to a manager. She said the meal had not been bagged as it had been left on the counter. She said that I could get a refund, gift card, or come back and get it. I had noticed they had a “delivery” option online and asked if it could be delivered. At first, the manager said no because it is through a third party. We began talking but she stopped and said ‘Actually, if you order the meal online for delivery we could give you a refund after’. (paraphrasing-but pretty close) I asked if they would remake it fresh and she verified. She took my information to process the refund and I received the order in an acceptable amount of time and it was delicious. Honestly, I was hoping for some type of coupon or free dessert because I essentially had to eat alone, (everyone else already ate their meals) and was inconvenienced but nothing extra was offered. Well, it is 8 days later and I still don’t have a refund for the meal so I have paid for the same meal 2x. Luckily, when I had originally called I had asked the manager her name so I did call Logan’s today and asked for her specifically. She did remember and took my information down again so the refund could be requested. She said she will make sure it is processed. (The refund did hit my card three days later)
Previous Post 10.28.2024: Server arrived 12 minutes after we were seated. Ordered at that time and drinks were not brought out for another five minutes. We requested straws and she disappeared for about 20 minutes. Drinks were empty. Asked for straws again. She smelled like cigarette smoke. My husband still didn't have his side salad and I didn't have the bar drink yet. The food was brought our table by another waitress and asked that the salad be removed from the bill.
Our waitress said she was sorry and said (paraphrasing) That she was making the salad and they shouldn’t have brought out the food until she brought out the salad. She only had two tables. We were never offered a second basket of bread. A table sat dirty during our entire visit.
My husband's medium steak came out well done. I ordered the Teriyaki-Glazed Chicken. The picture provided by the restaurant had an entire pineapple slice on top. I got three tiny little bits. (see picture)
Check received and they took off $1.49 for his salad which was actually the upgrade charge of his baked potato. We asked for the manager but the waitress tried to avoid it. She left for about 3 minutes and came back and said she was still “looking” for the manager and asked what was wrong. We asked for the manager again. She was trying to avoid us having a conversation with the manager.
First, when we requested the refund for the salad the manager should have checked on us. The manager did come and talked to us about the experience. Ultimately, we appreciate the manager being receptive and ended up receiving $10 off our meals. I don't believe this was the appropriate compensation for such a 100% terrible experience.

Read moreI almost can’t write this without gagging thinking about it. I rarely take time to write a review but mine and a friends recent trip here warranted one in the worst way so I can’t not. First- the staff was mostly pleasant enough. The rolls were fresh. That’s all the positive I’ve got. Our waitress had very obviously dirty greasy hair pulled into a ponytail (she kept scratching deep IN her scalp 🤢) with white stuff hanging all in her hair. It looked less like dandruff and more like lice. Ugh. Her short- enough fingernails were very dirty underneath, like old dirt dirty. Her teeth looked like she hadn’t seen a toothbrush in a year. When she would smile you could see what she had eaten the week prior. I’m not trying to be judgmental or cruel, I understand circumstances aren’t the same for everyone. I do know we live in a place where there is water and toothpaste and toothbrushes readily available at the asking. The choice of poor hygiene as a public food server is unacceptable. I also blame management for this as I believe it should be standard policy when serving food and drink: brush your teeth, hat or hair net if necessary, and scrub your hands/nails and maybe even wear gloves. It was so bad that we almost left before we even ordered a meal. Looking back, wish we had. We had ordered an appetizer so we discussed getting that and going elsewhere for dinner. The reasons we didn’t is bc it was already later in the evening, we were very hungry, and we knew we would probably have a wait anywhere else we tried to get in on a Saturday night Fathers Day weekend. Again, wish we had. So in the meantime of me trying to hold myself together, I got up to “check out the temperature” of a side room, because we had decided that in order to try to not hurt the waitresses feelings we would just move to another section where it was ‘warmer’. As I go into the other room to ‘check the temp’ I see a waitress talking to the only people in that room- an elderly couple who looked a bit aggravated. Upon speaking to that waitress about moving sections, I determined that she had to be under the influence because she could barely stand, her words were slurred, and her eyes struggled to focus talking to me as she tried to point to the table we could sit at. So we opted to stay put with dirty waitress. We proceeded to place our order, then watched a lovely family sit at the table next to ours. Our waitress was theirs. As she stood talking to them with her back to us, she did it- she dug her hand into the top of her head and scratched and scratched as if she was unaware that she was talking to people over a table and about to handle more drinks and food. 🤢 I was so torn, my heart actually hurt for her. Maybe she had a rough day, or life. I don’t like to hurt people. I didn’t want to embarrass her. And I certainly wasn’t willing to tell the manager secretly and risk our food that we had already ordered getting the brunt of our complaints. My friend and I both ordered 6oz sirloin - mine was void of any flavor and felt like chewing on a wet box. I had to ask for steak sauce, which I don’t normally do. My friends steak, however, had a hair stuck down in the food so she never got to taste hers. Our waitress saw the hair as well, told the mngr (who NEVER came out to speak to us) so they did the ‘favor’ of taking her meal off. Yeah, thanks for that. Had the mngr come speak to us we would have handled this privately and properly. But she didn’t. When we were leaving I lingered at the front for a few minutes hoping to catch the manager, but never saw her so we left and decided Google would get our review. I will never eat there again, ever. My food was gross- even the salad was nasty as someone else stated in a review, the server was not fit to handle food, and we both left...
