We waited in line for the car before us to have their order taken, and it took 10 minutes for someone to take their order. By the time we pulled up to the speaker, our children were screaming and we were pretty frustrated. We sat there for another 15 minutes until someone answered on the speaker and took our order. We watched and both lanes were not moving at all. I called and asked what the delay was, and I was told that they were short-staffed. When I explained the situation, the manager stated that someone was taking orders and i had no reason to complain. Clearly, they were not taking orders if I have been sitting at the speaker for over 15 minutes waiting for my order to be taken, and the car in line beside me is having the same issue. I also watched many cars driving off because they were so fed up with the situation. By the time we got our food, we were pretty frustrated after having waited in line for 45 minutes. We only ordered a 6 piece nugget and a double cheeseburger for my son. We got home and discovered that what we received was actually a McDouble with lettuce, no sauce, cooked well done and a 5 piece nugget. I managed a McDonalds for 7 years before finishing school, so I do understand how difficult it can be when short-staffed, but this was probably the worst experience I have had at a McDonalds and making customers wait over 10 minutes (per car) to be helped is...
Read moreMy daughter and I visited this McDonald's November 3rd, around 10:30pm. I finally had to yell "hello" into the speaker after sitting in the drive through without being greeted. Then, I was asked to hold. After about a minute or so I was told to go ahead with my order. At that time my daughter proceeded to order the posted special " buy one, get one for a dollar", however, she was rudely cut off by the cashier and told that they didn't have such a deal, they only had a 2 for $3 deal or something. We were quiet because we were stunned due to his rudeness and because we'd just saw the posted special. However, the next thing we knew the cashier, without notice to us, switched our mic off and moved on to the car in the next lane and took their order. Then he switched back to us as if nothing was wrong with what he did and said "Ma'am we do have that special, which two items do you want?" After we ordered our food it took like 15 minutes to get it and it was only us and the one other car in the drive through. I ordered and Big Mac and added a tomato, my sandwich had no tomato, plus I had two pieces of bread on top of each other with no meat in between. My daughter ordered nuggets and didn't get her sauce and our fries were cold. The service was horrible and so was food and it's never been this way at this McDonald's before. I don't know...

As I sat in my car ready to order, car after car in the inside lane ordered while I yelled repeatedly at my speaker: “Hello, hello”. I know the outside speaker worked because two cars ahead of me ordered so it has to be operator error. Please get someone in there that knows what the heck they are doing. This last time I went inside to complain and order my breakfast. I got home and an item was missing so I had to drive back there again. Next time I’ll go to Chik-Fil-A. They know what their doing and are light speed faster compared to Mickey D’s. Update : Went through the drive thru again this morning (1/18/22) and repeat of same thing that happened two months ago. I was next to give my order and after a couple of minutes a guy drove up in the outside lane to order. After more silence for a couple minutes, the guy in the outside was asked for his order.
