I went thru the drive thru and ordered. Did not get out of line or get shuffled out of order in line after I ordered. I got to the 1st window to pay, it was $7.20. Guy at window said “you got 20 cents?” After I handed him a 10. He didn’t give any reason why he couldn’t break the 10 and looked at me like I had no other option but to give him the 20 cents. Fine, I scraped it up out of my cup holder.
I got to the window for food and the woman just hands me a bag. It’s wrong, I tell her I got the 2 cheeseburger meal with a coke and large fry. She’s hardly listening so She shoves another bag in my hand then walks away. I’m still sitting there calm and nice(I worked in the food industry so I get the chaos). She came back, I told her this bag was incorrect too and she acted as if I WAS ASKING TOO MUCH. I was asking for my correct order that I paid for, not someone else’s order(who was probably behind me). She freaked out and asked me to pull forward. I waited 10 more minutes and she brought out a 2 cheeseburger meal with no coke. Once again with attitude and making it seem like I was inconveniencing her. I just left. I don’t understand what happened but I’ve been to a few different McDonald’s before, told them my order was incorrect and they it right away, no attitude or making me feel bad for asking for what I paid for.
Maybe they need to be trained to confirm orders before they pass bags over to people. The McDonald’s who have handled the mistake had confirmed at the pay window and food window before I got my bags passed over. Read moreSo over the course of 4 months, I've stopped here at various times. Yesterday evening marks my last time I come here or just any McDonald's because this one is that bad. Basically every visit is met with rudeness somewhere down the drive thru line. It's constantly "What did you have?". I repeat my order 2 times every visit. I tried inside, because that seems like a better option. It's not. It's worse. You will stand there for 15 minutes minimum before you get your order taken. Yesterday evening I went to the speaker and sit there for several minutes. Got my order taken and waited to go around to the first window to pay, still taking several minutes. So I paid and waited.. again. My wife and I waited and waited and waited and... you get the point. 20 minutes of sitting behind a vehicle that was just going back and forth with the person at the window over what sounded like fries, I gave up. I lost $9 and some change I'm pretty sure I'll never get back from them because they never answer a phone and honestly I don't care if I get it back, I never want to deal with them ever again. Honestly most things I'd ever gotten from here were either burnt to a depressing crisp or tasted weird anyway. Either way, to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I get understaffing but I'm at a job that's understaffed and somehow make it work like 90% of every other place does. I don't ever say this, having a high tolerance and I know people need jobs. Read moreTLDR: 45 minutes, a phone call and a trip inside just to get someone elses order pushed on me at less than half of what i ordered. Easily the worst mcdonalds that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Today was my worst and last experience here. I had an app order. Went through drive thru, gave code, got receipt. Last window. They gave me my drinks and asked me to pull up and wait on food. Whatever, it happens. 15 minutes go by, several cars going through drive through with no issues. I had my young daughter in the car so was trying to be patient and didn't want to go in. Actually broke down and called the restaurant. They completely blew me off. Ten more minutes and I finally pulled into a spot, got my daughter out of the car seat and went inside. Several minutes went by before anyone would help me. Showed my receipt, told my situation. Employee said they are working on order. 5 more minutes and she gives me someone else's similar order but definitely not mine. Wrong drinks and half the food I ordered is missing. Even after showing the order is wrong, they refused to accept it and just walked off. I took someone else's order that they gave me because there was a happy meal and my daughter was hungry. Proceeded to email corporate and let them know. I will drive to the other side of town to get my daughters occasional happy meal from now on...
