McDonald's — Restaurant in Lexington

Horrible service. I live over a mile away and have to walk. I walked up here a few days ago i had several coupons and alil bit of money i got the 2 cheeseburger meal ketchup only with fries and a drink another drink sweet tea a mcdouble and a mcchicken and a fish sandwich no tarter add mustard. The fries where cold cheeseburgers werent ketchup only the sweet tea wasnt sweet and the fish sandwich was cold had half a piece of cheese and 5 lil dots of mustard and no mcchicken at all. Like i said i have to walk here so i didnt know the order was messed up til i got home. I took pictures of the fish sandwich and next time i was hungry and broke i walked to the same mcdonalds showed the manager the pictures and tried to ask if he could do something to make it right but he cut me off before i could even ask saying not asking if i had a receipt but assuming i didnt (because they never gave me one in the first place (guessing they mess stuff up alot and dont want to fix it)) even with pictures the assistant manager was extremely rude and refused to even listen to me. I tried to explain that i had to walk here and hadnt had anything to eat in two days i would like to atleast get some of what i had paid for. But he wouldn't listen. And continued to interupt me and talk over me. I have never in my life been treated so badly. It cost 12 cents for them to have fixed the problem instead they sent a starving pregnant girl home. I will be talking to the general manager and district managers. Then when i went back in to ask the manager his name he said he was calling the cops on me. I said last time i checked the customer was always right or atleast given the right to speak what on earth can u call the cops on me for. I wasn't irate i wasnt yelling i wasnt rude. Why are earth would u call the cops. I just wanted my correct order thats all not to be bullied and threatened by a power hungry...

Karen here. I never take time to give negative reviews but this was exceptionally awful. If your employees don’t like angry customers maybe they should consider not leaving food items off of overpriced delivery orders. We don’t eat McDonald’s often. When I do it’s because I’m already having a bad day so having to get out of bed to drive over there because your employees don’t know that fries come with a 10 piece chicken nugget meal is infuriating to begin with. Having to get up and go in there to get missing items from my delivery order that I paid extra for and tipped well for to be delivered to my door because I’m sick in bed completely negates the purpose of being on a delivery app and this isn’t the first time my delivery order was wrong from this location. Instead of being apologetic or offered any kind compensation, or even replacement food since my other food was cold once I got back home, my legitimate frustrations were met with glares, stares, and general disdain which only further incensed me. Food service is not that hard. I worked in it for decades and I am ALWAYS gracious to those who work in it but this was particularly egregious and the attitude I was given was beyond inappropriate. Not a single sorry was given. Just irritation from the employees that I was there with an issue as if they weren’t the SOLE REASON I was even in there angry to begin with. Just a complete and utter lack of accountability on their part. Mistakes happen but when frustrated customers come in with an issue YOU created, giving them attitude just isn’t the move. Just put the fries in the bag...

Its okay here @ thus mcdonalds I've had problem countless of times. Yesterday I ordered food with the McDonald's app and had a bad turn out with it. Went into the store to get my food well come to find out I couldnt get it because you had to check in. My wife ordered the food I was picking up. So I logged into my wife mcdonalds app on my phone order the food and still had problem they didn't want to give me my food even though the money was already taken out of my bank account. The app has flaws that need to be fixed I was in the store and it never should up on there pick up screen after arguing with the employees I stepped out side chilled out. Came back in the lady at the front looked @ me and said did you place another mobile order I just look and said really why would I do that if you guys already took my money once finally the manager came up seen it took my money and gave me my food spent 2t min. Try to get my food the McDonald's is in between good and bad only thing your going to get fresh is fries they seem to always run low on those. Seen multiplele time where someone one wont get there food and they just put it on the heater and it will sit there in till someone order...
