Worst McDonalds experience each time I've gone to this location and after today I will no longer give this location any business nor operate under "it's just McDonalds, what more can you expect". With each visit this location seems to be going more downhill, plummeting fast. Aside from fast food taking 25 minutes to produce a double cheeseburger, a standard quarter pounder, two medium fries and two cokes the entire experience was bad and started off that way. Upon walking into this location we saw that the cashier was sitting there texting on her phone, little did we know she was mid transaction with the customer in front of us. She finished her message. and then finished handing the other customer her change and receipt then proceeded on to us. Our transaction started without a greeting, was not confirmed or read back to us and after we were charged we were not given a receipt. We placed a simple order as listed above and wait 25 minutes before asking the cashier if you knew roughly how long till the order was up, receiving the reply that she was unsure we requested a refund. The cashier stated she could not give us The refund but she would ask your manager, however after stating this she proceeded to stand at the register on her phone again. Once again we asked the cashier if it would be possible to get a refund and she then asked the manager if he would come around from the kitchen to refund us. Just when we thought this would finally be over the management made the final factor in the decision of never returning to this location. The cashier asked the manager to come around for a refund and he replied back with a slight chuckle and "then let them leave", hearing this I replied to him letting him know it had already been 25 minutes and we were not trying to be rude however we were just trying to grab some food on the way to drop my girlfriend off at work. After stating that he did come around, read the screen and apologize for the delay offering us a refund but you could tell he was unhappy and trying to get us out of his lobby. Our experience was very bad and that doesn't even go into the uncleanliness we encountered nor the lack of any sort or form of professionalism from the staff working. Read moreThis was the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. 1st off I was in a hurry so I switched lanes to get into the faster lane only for nobody to answer me to take my order meanwhile 3 cars were serviced in the other lane so I had to wait and back up(almost popping my tires) to go to the lane that was being answered, at the same time a homeless man in the parking lot was talking to me asking me to buy him food, so I gave him some cash to get his own, ordered my food, paid for it, the homeless guy comes back saying the door to go in was locked and could I buy him a coke, the lady at the pay window denied the door being locked, told him to come in around the building. Pulled up to the 2nd window to get my food and the rude young man was reviewing my order, it was wrong, he asked for my receipt and I told him the last had not given it to me(she hadnt) and he was like that's too bad, I said can u not take 2 steps that way and ask her what my order was, he went and got the rest of my order and told me to always get a receipt. Well how about the employee always offer a receipt if you're gonna argue with ppl about what they paid for, he knew I wasn't going anywhere without what I paid for our else he wouldn't have given it to me. Just horrible horrible horrible customer service!!! I'm not a Karen type and normally hate giving bad reviews but this place deserves it, avoid this mcdonalds! I'll go the extra mile to another location to be treated with some respect & acceptable customer service, also don't let people beg in the parking lot it puts ppl in awkward and unfair situations! I feel sorry for anyone homeless and normally would've been super nice to him but with all the mess it was just ridiculous!...

Been here a few times with my family the first two times me coming here was fine never had any problems what so ever the only problem that I had the third time was standing in line and the manager comes up to the register with such a disgusting attitude around customers! As she stated “This place will never stop “ ... few moments later my little brother comes out of the men’s restroom and says there’s poop in one of the stand up urinals the man working at the front counter it was a dark colored guy he had a buzzed head and a flag symbol in his head I’m guessing it is what that is. But anyways he goes in the mans restroom for 5 minutes comes out and goes to the back and gets another male worker so him and the other male worker went back into the men’s restroom and waited 5 minutes then came out of the bathroom .. 10 minutes prior to that before leaving I went into the restroom and it was still there just goofing off .. Very unexceptable . The first time he went in their he could have cleaned it up I believe in my own opionion that it was ridiculous that he cane out and had to get someone else to go look and then coming out wasting time and it still being there. And like I said in the beginning the manager in what she said was uncalled for BUT she was very sweet and polite and helped us out I understand where she is coming from I guess working in fast food may be hard I’d mention her name but I really don’t remember it lol but she was very good.
