I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chipotle, and I must say, the experience was elevated by the exceptional service provided by one of the employees, Ava. From the moment we walked in, her warm demeanor made us feel welcome. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile, especially when you’re craving some delicious burritos.

Ava was attentive and genuinely interested in ensuring we had a great meal. As we approached the counter, my friend Gabriel, who can be quite the handful, was in one of his more animated moods. Once again I’m writing. A bad review because there wasn’t hardly any chicken in the two quasodillas I got. Not much cheese or chicken. The girls who was running the front of the food line was rude and slow service for only having two people infront of me who didn’t order much. A $2 comp off a meal that’s normally $12 when it coulda been free seeing how her attitude was. Them told me the pico and quaso go on the side. That’s a damn lie. I used to do her job years ago, we put them on the quasodillas when I worked at chipotle. She was lazy and hardly listened to the lady infront of me. This was beyond half ass. The guy who went on break made his food before taking the customers order and had her do the customers instead. Hell they didn’t even bother to cut the quasodillas I ordered. Okome is getting better business because your staff sucks. Train them! It was just a mess. Take the time to do your job right. Customer service matters. Next time I’ll come behind the counter and teach them myself if it helps. I’ve been in customer service. I’ll even train them for FREE! I am a frequent guest at this Chipotle. I would agree with the other reviewers that the quality here is somewhat flexible depending on time of day, but generally it is good, and I find the staff to be courteous and efficient. I knock them down from a 5 to a 4 on the basis of the parking. Yes, everyone is correct that McDonald's is a towing machine (having contracted a towing service that stations a spy in the lot to call in your illegal parking immediately). However, I don't fault Chipotle for that (and come on guys, there are BIG signs that say McDonalds parking only). What I do fault them for is failing to even remotely keep an eye on their own parking lot (18 spaces or so behind the building in the UK lot), which is almost always full, even when the restaurant isn't. It is hard to patronize a restaurant with no available parking, and parking anywhere else is a risk of tow or ticket (or finding a metered space, which can also be a tall order).
