I had the best experience here, we went around 3pm and it wasn’t too busy, probably just needs more advertisement to the public because of its location. Everything was great, from the food to the service to the atmosphere everything was really good. They have 3 booths with TV’s (likely to entertain kids but it’s fun for adults too), and many other seating options. There was this one employee who really shined, I believe she’s the manager or owner, if not she better be, she made the whole experience. We even got fried ice cream on the house due to their recent opening. It’s a really great environment and gives the best feeling, however the only thing I can say is that it is a bit loud with all the TV’s and music (just a lot of different noise going on) so if you or someone you want to go with gets overstimulated pretty easily I would recommend asking to sit by the windows as there didn’t appear to be loud speakers back there and it’s farther away from all the TV’s. We have been eating at the original Osaka in Lexington for over a decade and this location in Hamburg since it opened about three months ago. We have never had even a slightly disappointing experience. Sushi and sashimi is perfect. Quality is excellent and presentation (which adds another sense to enjoying my food) beautifully done. Menu selection is extensive. We enjoy sake with our meals but a wide range of drink options are offered. Appetizers are tough because there are so many to choose from. We tried two new ones tonight. Soft shell crabs were perfectly fried and served hot. Spicy tuna pizza was clever and tasty and big enough to share with four friends. Also clever and tasty are the two page selection of rolls.
