Pitiful service and food delvery tonight. Before tonight, there's only been one instance where I've been shorted a chicken finger, but tonight I was missing two. With the price of any meal, that's quite the rip off. For one, when I pulled up to the speaker(there was only one car at the window as I arrived, so they weren't swamped), I sat for at least an entire minute maybe even two without any communication. After however long, I reversed and pulled back up and eventually got a request for my order. I had to repeat everything I said and then the order was repeated back to me, as always, and correctly. I ordered a three finger and caniac combo(no slaw, extra sauce), order of fries, and an additional saunce. So, 9 fingers, 5 sauces, 2 drinks and an order of fries. Mistakes happen, I get it, but I was missing a sauce so I drove back through. No big feal, I thought. This time, I immediately was commucated with at the speaker. I told them I'd double checked and was short a sauce. The young man asked, "You're missing a chicken finger?" I said no, a sauce. That should have been my first clue, but I regrettably didn't check the tender count. The second, more subtle clue should have been that the young man had four sauces ready for me and I drove on. I got home to find that my caniac meal had four fingers in it. Unbelievable and this will probably be my last visit to this location as they're the ones who have shorted me a chicken finger in the past. Neither time I did I feel it was worth it to go back for. Tonight, I was delivering the food to two different family households and so much time had elapsed, and I was just ready to eat what I had...
Read moreThe audacity of this canes is atrocious. They closed their windows a good amount before closing time which is midnight and then did not move the line forward which caused people not to order who still had time to order before closing. They purposely did not move the line so people who were already in line could not order. It is a game day and they should understand the fact that they are opened until midnight therefore should be serving until the time they said. After it hit midnight they decided to move the line forward and this is one of the most disrespectful things that can happen which is also the equivalent of laughing in the faces of the customers who waited in line as Canes turned off their lights and let the customers wonder as to if they would be served or not. If you are closing before your written time, please make that clear to the customers. Very upset with...
Read moreThe service was great on the inside! Spend over $30 at lunch time Lexington city worker parked refuge truck in back lot that serviced the dumpster came in for a 30 minute lunch break; evidently Canes employee needed to park and refused to park in side parking spaces which lead to manager Autumn addressing the city worker very rudely telling him to move his truck and not to park there anymore, mind you this older gentleman of about 60 years old was a paying customer and spent well over $35 dollars for his lunch. Manager Autumnâs behavior, approach and demeanor was rude causing a disturbance outside drawing unwanted attention. Iâm sure if police and the fire department parked their vehicles on the property she wouldnât have addressed them rudely. This behavior was unacceptable and very demeaning to the...
