I was very disappointed with my visit today at the Richmond Rd. location! First off I placed my order and the guy gave me a price that was much higher than the price on their menu! Told him how is my total $5.28 when your menu says the items are 2 for $4.00, so how is that $5.28? There was silence over the speaker, then he came back and gave me a new total of $4.24! I pulled up and there was 1 car in front of me, and 2 cars over on the other side of the building; 30 minutes went by and I still hadn't made it up to the window yet! I turned my car off, locked the door , walked past the car that was still in front of me waiting and tapped on the drive-thru window for assistance, I was not happy to be sitting out there in line for just (2) sandwiches for over 30 minutes....neither lanes moving on either side of the building. Told the guy at the window I have to be at work, what is the hold up here? He said I am #4, so I asked him if they have the 2 sandwiches I ordered ready so I could get outta here and get to work! He told me no, there's 3 other orders in front of me and that I would have to wait until my # came up, even though I only ordered 2 sandwiches. So even though I had already been out there waiting 30 minutes...me going to the window did do a thing! They didn't even have my order. (Meat) on the grill cooking, which meant by the time I did get to the window to pay for my order, I would've been waiting an additional amount of time once I paid for my food! The guy said the meat wasn't The grill yet! Told him that's ok, cancel my order because I have already been in line 30minutes too long, and I had to walk up to the window since the line wasn't moving. I had to back out of the darn drive thru! I'm not sure what is going on with the Rally's on Georgetown Street, and Richmond Rd. in lexington, but Management needs to be notified because both locations are trying to over charge customers for items on the value menu; then when you tell them that they have over charged you, they get an attitude! If the sandwiches are 2 for $4.00...how do you guys keep ringing up $5.28? Common sense ought to tell you that there's 24cents tax on $4.00...so why isn't the cashiers catching this without me having to tell them that they over charged me? I'm done...Guys just beware cause these guys can't count...and you will be over charged if you not paying attention and do your math...cause...
Read moreWe have been, 3 times in the last month and I know you get busy in restaurant however two of the times we were there they were dead. When we got there They still got the order wrong. One of the times ,when we got our order ,one order of the chicken wings were not even cooked, the fries were so old you could almost see straight through them and they were wrinkled. We love their fries but I'm not going back to that one. Manager was so rude about the whole thing, thinking we only wanting a free Damn dinner. I actually bought more than the free dinner she was giving us, and if she had gotten it right the first time the day before, his wouldn't have happened. I cant eat mustard, it was loaded with it. asked for no tomatoes and onion on the other. that one wass a regular burger also. Read moreRally's on new circle it's not sanitary. It's understaffed and they got our order wrong more than 1 time. Sometime the food isn't hot and the fries are cold sometimes and it seems like they taste like funnel cake sticks what's up with that everything is cook in the same grease which makes the fries smell like funnel cake. They peope are unprofessional, they are rude,and have an attitude. That doesn't make it a good experience. And the one on Richmond word is just as bad. One day they had one man in there working drive thru both sides, cooking the food, and making ice creams which this guy was awesome but i went back another time and it wasn't good. It took forever to get our stuff and they have forgot our orders. Sometimes they are ok, other times they are mediocre, or sometime they are just plain nasty. They both need work and good management.
