Amanda needs some lessons and how to deal with a customer whose order was made incorrectly. My wife and I ordered Subway via doordash this evening. This is the third night in a row that we have done this at this same location. Keep in mind we will not be ordering from this location again. Or until Amanda get some lessons in how to talk to people appropriately. Our order arrived in our home via doordash and was incorrect. My wife immediately called into the store. To try to get the issue rectified. Amanda answered the phone and stated she didn't know what she could do to fix it. What do you mean? You don't know what you can do to fix it? My wife asked for her order to be remade. Amanda still seemed to not understand what my wife needed. My wife drove to the store in which Amanda asked her to remain at the end of the line, although we had already paid for our order an hour prior. My wife stated she didn't think it was fair that we had to wait since we were already paid in full for our meals. . . Then threaten to call the police on my wife. We are black by the way. I asked Amanda why did she feel the need to call the police when we were simply asking her to rectify a wrong that she made as a Subway employee. Amanda also refused to give us the franchise owner information. I've reached out to Subway corporate for comment on this as well. I can't help but to think Amanda threatened to call the police on us because of our skin color. Smh. What a world we are now living in . . .Amanda needs better training in...

The manager made my turkey sub for me and was aggitated that I wanted extra veges and while he was wrapping up my sabdwhich he droped it on the floor. One end of the sandwich had touched the floor but he insisted that it didn't and refused to remake it. On top of that he had over charged me for a drink when I asked for water. So I used the water cup to get soda. As soon as he saw this he started yelling at me and calling me a theif and said he was caling the cops if I didn't leave! I told him he was crazy and tried to explain how rude he had been. He contuined to yell and called me a white cracker mr fr. He kept using racial slurs until I left. Im not racist but this Indian guy should not be a manager or even own a subway store. I called the corporate Subway to complain and I'm waiting to hear back from them. Read moreSeptember 28, between 10am - 12pm I ordered my food online and received some kind of Italian sandwich with pork instead of the garlic cheesy steak sandwich ("31") that I had selected. When I called to address the issue, the woman on the phone refused to admit her mistake and then abruptly hung up. After trying to call multiple times with no answer, I decided to go back in person.
I remained calm and positive, showing no hostility, but the cashier was visibly upset, rude, and hateful. Despite my efforts, she remade the sandwich incorrectly, giving me only enough meat for a 6-inch sub instead of the full amount. Having worked at Subway, I knew the mistakes were deliberate.
