I want to begin by saying I don’t typically leave reviews. However, this is intended for management because I feel like it’s something they need to address. For me and I would think for many, the dining experience is not just based on the quality of food but the quality of service. This was our first visit and we registered for free “Bonuts” through text message. We received the notification that we registered and to present the text to the cashier for the free food as first time visitors. We presented the phone and a message to the cashier but said there was no record of the registration. They were never able to figure it out even though we presented them with the evidence. They did not even offer to comp them even though there was visible proof. This is not a restaurant where you are waited on. To be clear, it is truly a fast food breakfast restaurant. You order and then find a seat (good luck) and they bring your food to you. You are responsible for getting your own drinks and refills. This is where the critique starts going downhill. I went to get coffee and it was empty. I went to the service area and told them they were out of coffee. It took five minutes plus for them to bring a second container. By the time it came out, I had probably been waiting 10 minutes for coffee at a breakfast restaurant. I filled my cup and noticed that the coffee was not hot. I took a drink and it was less than lukewarm. I went to the counter again and advised them that the coffee was not hot, asking them to warm it for me. The lady at the counter was nice and offered to get me a fresh cup from the back. She then advised me that if I went back to the coffee container, and poured out my current cold cup of coffee that the 2nd cup out of that same container would be warmer 🤔 and it just needed to circulate for a moment. I’m also still waiting for this cup of coffee she was bringing to me. I never saw her again. So, finally after considering the fact she wasn’t coming back I went back to the same container with lukewarm coffee in it, poured out my cold cup of coffee and attempted to get the next cup of recirculated, heated coffee. 🙄. It was empty. They had brought out an empty container. Strike two. Finally, after notifying them a second time there was no coffee, someone came out and said they were making fresh coffee and they would go get me a fresh cup out of the back. 🙏🏼 This time, it happened! What a treat! I then took my now hot cup of coffee to the cream and sugar station where lo and behold they were out of cream. 😣🔫 I took the container and placed it on the counter. I got my sugar and went to my table. They did not bring a coffee container out… this is a breakfast place…for another 15 minutes. That might be a conservative estimate. Again, they had sweet and unsweet tea and fountain drinks but no coffee…did I mention this was a breakfast restaurant? Maybe they should consider assigning someone to the coffee pots in the back. I went back to get my 2nd cup of coffee and there was still no creamer and there were three packs of sugar left in the container. I never went back for more coffee. By this time, I was over it. To their credit, we did not wait long for our food. The food was good… I had the “Frenchie”… A biscuit French toast. It was warm but closer to lukewarm than hot. At this point, after my struggles from the get-go, anything else seemed to be, well, not good. This is why I say that the importance of good service has a profound effect on the total experience. In an attempt to be fair, they were slammed and it was a Sunday morning. At best, it was organized chaos. With that said, if you are opening a restaurant, customer service should be number one and if you aren’t ready to open, don’t. I will give it a second chance and hope that someone reads this review and...

We went on Valentines Day. They have only been open a short amount of time. We ordered to go but, the restaurant was packed. The only reason it's not 5 stars is the exorbitant amount of time it took us to get our food. We were on the property for over an hour. We got there at 10:11 am, ordered at 10:27 am. At 11:15 am we had decidedly that if we didn't have our food by 11:30 we would give up and go somewhere else (we were trying to be patient due to the holiday and recent opening). Got in the car with the food at 11:27 am.

Now, once we got home the food was great. We had Bonuts, loaded tots, The G.O.A.T and the Frenchie. I had also, ordered the Cinnamocha to drink. I think the drink would have been great however, it was made 40 minutes prior to receiving our order. I would recommend they make the drinks at the end because I received a cup that was two thirds full and barely room temperature because it had been sitting there waiting for the food. All the food was great even to go. I would recommend eating there. I do not hold against them the wait due to the newest of the establishment (openings are tough and getting the staff on track takes a while).

It was rather pricey as two people had breakfast with only one beverage and it cost $50.

I will eat there again and recommend it to friends.

Revisited Biscuit Belly. Food still amazing. Crowd much more manageable. Ate in this time. Praline mocha was perfect. Tried the PEACH Please and Go Goetta. Both great. PEACH Please could serve as a dessert. Friendly and well staffed crew. The outside dining area is an added bonus - it is perfectly shaded in...

I can honestly say that I haven’t been super enthusiastic about a new brunch spot in a very long time, but Biscuit Belly has put an end to that dry spell! 🎉

Literally every single thing we sampled was bursting with flavor and well portioned for the pricing.

🍳 Bonuts (free when you sign up for the loyalty program!) - biscuit donut holes, cinnamon sugar and your choice of chocolate gravy or bourbon cream cheese frosting - were phenomenal. ‘Nuff said. 🤤 🍳 The G.O.A.T. - ft. buttermilk fried chicken, pepper jelly, and goat cheese - was a perfect balance of flavor and tang 🍳 The Rockwell Supreme - ft. the same chicken but with cheddar, goetta gravy, over easy egg, and bacon - had those classic, ‘feel good’ vibes with a hearty finish 🍳 The Mama’s Boy - ft. the same chicken but with roasted jalapeño pimiento cheese, Pop’s pickles, and fried green tomato - put us over the edge and we didn’t get to it 😂 but after one small sample of the cheese we can confirm it is 🔥

This place is a well-oiled machine, so don’t let the inevitably long line at the door deter you. Our wait was only 15 minutes to the register and maybe another 15 for the food, and on the weekends they even have someone seating tables, so you don’t have to scout one out while you’re waiting in line; there were always enough available for folks by the time they ordered.

Huge props to a very friendly, accommodating, and efficient staff, too. Both the manager and the head of customer service stopped by to say hello, and another server was nice enough to get us little to-go cups for our Bonut...

I have heard nothing but great things about Biscuit Belly. Fortunately for me both times I have gone have been during their last hour of being open (they close at 3p) as to miss the Big Rush I hear about and so far both times there has been no line. The ordering process is super simple as you order at the counter with a bunch of wonderful sounding options. During my first visit the food took almost 20m to get (not sure how that works considering they have a Drive Thru also) and while the sandwich looked fantastic it was a bit small and the chicken has been overcooked. The second time I went was also with my Wife and Daughter. This time it was considerably faster but still a bit more of a wait than I would have expected (12m). I will add that my guests ordered the Peppermint Mocha's (pictures) of which they enjoyed and the food was also prepared very well. I also added a side of Bacon and the Bonuts. The Bacon was fantastic and the Bonuts were also very good but unless you are sharing this extra (Bonuts) it is too big for a single person. The only critique I would offer is the meal has been good and great during my two visits but certainly a bit expensive. The place seems to do well despite but the cost will be the factor that will prevent me from frequenting often but the flavors will get me wanting to come back. I will add the service wasn't bad but also nothing special. The overall experience could be improved with just a little more interaction and certainly a little more urgency.
