The dining area is kept very clean, and they make the food while you wait. But man are these ladies RUDE & UNFRIENDLY! There is NO sense of customer service whatsoever..from hourly associates to Management- they are ALL terribly rude. None of them are very fluent in the English language and none of them are up to speed as far as the app is concerned, meaning they can't answer questions nor do they know the most basic of technicalities when it comes to using an offer. The cashier said I could use an offer code AND a reward, however when she put in the offer code my reward disappeared and she full on shrugged her shoulders and expected me to be okay with losing 400+ points!! Whatttt is that madness? I told her absolutely NOT will she just shrug her shoulders and told me "well the item is free"..um no ma'am, the item is NOT free, I pay money each time I come and EARN those reward points by spending MY MONEY. In no way is it "free". Anyway, the manager came and the cashier had to explain the transaction in Spanish because she could not understand me speaking English. Again, another shrug of the shoulders. Needless to say I contacted Corporate because I will NOT accept poor customer service wherever I decide to spend my money. Period. Also, I experienced awful sickness feeling that evening after consuming half of a Whopper. Was it the lettuce? Who knows, its been linked to listeria so I'm not sure what the deal was. They also HATE to let anyone use the restroom. They have one of the customer bathrooms LOCKED only for their use and the other customer restroom is LOCKED as well and you need to ask if you can use the restroom..in which they get very frustrated about having to walk around the counter and entering the code on the door. They have since put a "restroom out of order" sign on the counter so as not to bother them. This time walked in there absolutely nobody in the place nobody in the drive-through waited for five minutes for somebody to come to the counter. I am not for sure but it is obviously the same owner that has been here for that many years and just keeps rotating staff. I’m assuming he is just using this as a tax write off. If anybody actually from the Burger King corporation really cares they will investigate this particular store. I could definitely run this particular store without any fast food experience. Store number is 7673. Rude customer service employees with bad attitudes this is not acceptable especially during the times that we have been going through. Read moreHi there... Yesterday around 4:30 i went to this place to buy some food for me and my husband. When we entered and ordering food, i noticed that the person in the kitchen didn't wear a mask and he was making food, i asked the cashier why he didn't wear a mask and ask her for the manager... I was shock😐 she was the manager in charge and i told her to pay attention. Her answer was " I'm too busy to pay attention and we're only 2 people here if you see ",I said ask for more people then, and pay attention, it's for your own safety i said. She said, I have a long line in the drive thru so i didn't see him and she was so angry and she apologized but if someone got sick an apology won't be enough. So be careful. I noticed that because I was inside but people in the drive thru doesn't see anything. HORRIBLE ANSWERS FROM HER.. AND HORRIBLE PLACE. I'LL NEVER GOING...
