I ordered the double cheeseburger. The burger patties had a strange musty aftertaste. They were also saturated with grease. So much grease that the bun disintegrated and all I tasted was grease and musky ground beef. But I couldn't taste any beef due to the amount of grease. Did I mention how much grease was on the burger? And if you add cheese to the burger, the grease is even more prevalent. You can't taste the cheese at all.

My waitress, when she actually noticed me, did refund the burger, so that helped. She had only one other customer at a table dining in, she seemed extremely busy doing various things behind the prep counter.

The seasoned french fries are pretty damn good though.

Other than that, this Denny's needs someone to clean the exterior thoroughly. Way too many chain Smokers are leaving cigarette butts all over the sidewalk, blending in with the mulch around the bushes. There's less mulch than cigarette butts decorating the landscaping.

The parking lot is filled with trash from careless people dumping stuff from their cars as they get in or out.

The music selections in the dining room are casual, pop and soft rock, alternative. A couple of the songs are very inappropriate because they pull up references to things that do not help someone with their appetite for food. Specifically, Coldplay's "I want something just like this" has been used in a lot of inappropriate videos online.

In regards to the price per portion, value... it is extremely overpriced. An individual serving will cost you...

OMG...Our morning stated great because of our Server Caroline…. ( she is true example of what customer service should be )Amazing Amazing Amazing service!! rare is the time we find that kind of service now a days. From the moment we walked in, she was helping a customer with the shade, but she still Acknowledged us, with a good morning, a smile and I’ll be right with you.

(Think she may have been alone at the start)

She seated us, introduced her self, brought us coffee right away we’ll let me say this if we were Mystery shoppers- she would pass with flying colors!!… she hit ALLLLLL key points of great customer service. I swear if I was a restaurant owner I would try to steal her away lol, her service was amazing!! I wish the owners were there so we could have expressed our satisfaction with her service.

I hope she is a team lead, manager or something (we need more people like her) her service so loving, attentive and always with a smile with alll of her customers she made sure to come back to them to make sure everything was ok.

I Love that she made sure to ask if we would like anything else and then ASKED if it was ok to leave the check, she didn’t just leave it there, and she made sure we didn’t feel rushed at any point.
