I have to say, this guy tried to me at the address I gave them and I told him the only way you will find me is use Waze and he kept on trying to find me, after 17 minutes went by then he told me he will doenload Waze and then 6 minutes later he found me, but now he forgot my sandwich somewhere and he said hold on and he thought he dropped it sornewhere , he came back 10 min later with my sandwich and he said it must have fallen out of his car and I’m like what!!! I thought I was on candid camera or something !! But I was thinking howling I had to wait and then he drop my food somewhere but I was dying to eat because I’m diabetic and I needed something before my sugar gets to low and I go into a coma. I downloaded the Jimmy John's app, and placed an order on my way back from work. I got there to pick up my husband's sandwich and mine and the girl gave me attitude saying that is wasn't ready. I had to wait 20 minutes so our sandwiches were ready. Once I got home, my husband noticed our sandwiches weren't done the way we asked. I called the store talked to the manager on duty. He apologized for the inconvenience and refunded one of the sandwiches. I went another day, and turns out that he refunded our sandwich and on top of that he gave us a free sandwich, which was a store credit of $7.25 (including the delivery fee). Super nice of him! So my daughter & I went 2 the Melrose Park, Il. location. It rained all day & when the server gave her our food, she had 2 ask 4 a bag, then he rolled his eyes @ her, because her hands were full, that he finally opened the bag 4 her, with an attitude 2 boot.
