Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Leyden Township

This was the last time to get anything from this location.. i have ordered multiple times from here and have had multiple disappointing Orders: 1st time my bread was hard as a Rock, 2nd time delivery of my sandwich took over an hr when I requested to go pick it up the excuse i was given was driver already took your order, 3rd after placing order i was called to be informed that they had ran out of bread, when asked for day old bread she informed me that they were out as well.. Last straw was last night when i placed the order and i was called stating that they didn’t have a driver becase he had quit.. went to pick up my sandwiches myself and when asked for store manager info she stated she was the manager.. I barely started my complaint when she then stated oh well im the assistant manager turn around and didn’t even apologized.. Service is horrible, management does absolutely nothing in regards to the situation or apologize.....

A month ago i ordered through the app but it took an hour and a half to get my food delivered. I called a couple times. The first call i made an employee said uber eats already picked up my food since they didnt have no jimmy johns delivery guys but that was a lie, uber eats was on the way there and mind you it was already 45 mins so i called again and a gentleman picked up and i was informing him with the issue and that ive been waiting with my coworkers since we were already supposed to be at lunch. He “supposedly” spoke to the manager and said they will refund me but i never gotten a refund. I tried to dispute the transaction through my bank but was denied. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! I usually go to this location and I'm usually satisfied. But this time was different. The kids they have working there looked dumb founded. Only one kid had customer service skills. The service was slow for it being Jimmy John's. I ordered to ho but when I got home, our sandwiches were horrible. They used old lettuce that looked brown. They only put 3 small tomatoes that were the edge of the tomato. And my chicken Caesars wrap had more croutons than chicken. I hope the owner looks into better training for his employees and upgrades the food to...
