WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had at a Pizza Hut!

Date: August 26, around 5:30 pm.

I was traveling through and placed an online order, which should’ve been ready once I got there. It was not. And the girl said to park to the side and she’d bring it out to me once it was.

I browsed online for awhile and waited for 30 minutes. Then I pulled back in line to the drive thru to check again and had to wait in line behind one vehicle for another 15 minutes. (It seemed as if they had order complications with the vehicle ahead of me).

I finally got to the window where a guy greeted me. I asked about my order, and was given bad excuses. “Sorry, we were backed up”. I then said I waited for 30 minutes in the parking lot that the girl told me to do, to which he replied, “She didn’t know which vehicle was yours.”

I was the only vehicle in the parking lot.

He then handed me a cold, dried out looking pizza that had been in the warmer for far too long and wished me a great day.

went to store for a quiet evening with my girlfriend, there was a hispanic party in the back room Kids were screaming and being disruptive we ask our waitress to see if they could get them to settle the noise a little bit, she ask her manager Stephine and was told it was their party and couldn't do much but she would have them close the doors. I go and eat at local businesses to visit with friends and family, I don't need kids screaming. Iam a Veteran and it bothers me. So I will not be back into your business. 10:15 pm girls at pizza drive thru , were very rude , windows slammed over charged food, didn't notice til i got home. My cheese sticks came plain no parmesean all burnt. Your business does not close until 10:30 it says on google, maybe you guys should fix it for after 10 bad service. From out of town will never come again good thing theres a dominoes here now.
