McDonald's — Restaurant in Liberal

i see now why they ask you to 'please pull up to the next window.' Apparently your food is not quite at room temperature yet Ice cream is always warmer than the food. Out of 5 items i ordered, everything was cold except the pop. Guy working the window is apparently a deaf mute.

• Update* Gave them the benefit of the doubt, went again 8/7/22. 11:10am. Everything ordered was cold, must have been cooked around 10:15am. Wish i could give them less than one star. My advice.. don't go. Update Tried once more 9/23/23 2:30 I was in a hurry to get back to work, I didnt see a line so i thought i would zip right in. They didnt look busy, but there must have been some fun going on, everyone in the window was socializing with each other. I ordered cheeseburger combo with a coke. (cant make an order any easier). They quickly took my money. That was the end of the speedy service. Got to the pick up window, informed they had no coke. Then the asked me to move the the further window, which no one showed up, and i had to go back to work empty handed... This absolutely has to be the worst McDonalds in the entire nation. Only giving one star because i cant give any less. Avoid this place, go one block in ether direction. Obviously the owner and the managers don't eat here or they would close the place down out of remorse after reading all of...

Came in one night got 3 combos and a kids meal. They literally stuffed all combos into 1 bag where you couldnt even close the bag to keep the heat in and as soon as I got home I grabbed the over stuffed bag to bring inside and it literally ripped in half and all the food spilled out into my car. THAT IS WHY YOU DONT OVERSTUFF BAGS! All our meals were ruined. Waste of money.

Just came here again and these people don't know what they are selling! They have a big Mac bundle going on and there's a sign in drive thru for it and the guy flat out told me they didn't have it! I told them there's a sign out here for it and he asked me what it was for! After that he was completely rude. They didn't have apples for my kids meal do I asked for gogurt didnt have that either. They really need to get their act together here. Worst...

I only buy sweet tea cause I'm not a fan of fastfood like that but my son says they always get it wrong so 🤷🏾 I do know that when I do come through they seem to be annoyed and all I get is tea so. I will never understand why young and old folks that don't like people seem to always work in customer service it's mind boggling,we don't work there so why are y'all always mad? I worked in a snack bar that served steak, shrimp, prime rib etc. It was a SNACK BAR and I enjoyed working there and the customers loved me so it's possible to go to work and be kind to people who didn't do anything to u but order food from where you work you...
