My husband went to Arby's and purchased 2 jr chicken sandwiches, 2 orders of mozzarella sticks and and chicken bacon and swiss sandwich. I wish i could have attached the photo of the sandwiches that were ordered and our order was replaced but we were not satisfied with the manner in which it was handled. When i saw the difference in the sandwiches i immediately called the store and asked to speak with the manager. We were told to come back and it would be fixed. We immediately showed the manager the photo of the sandwiches apparently we we given one regular chicken sandwich and a jr. Chicken sandwich on a regular bun and the difference was astounding. The size of the chicken patty on the regular bun made it look like we were given a chicken nugget on a bun and that's just not how you should present a product to a paying customer. Especially considering the state of the economy right now. People are holding on to every penny they have right now and to spend any amount of money at a fast food restaurant they should NOT receive food that was presented that way. To top it off we had to argue with the manager upon showing her the photos she wanted to defend something so indefensible especially considering we had photographic proof. She never apologized and only accommodated us because she no longer wanted to deal. And the ONLY reason i decided to write this review is because of the way the matter was handled. We should have been compensated with NO pushback or disagreement and she should have apologized for the inconvenience. Needless to say we won't be doing business with this...

Was waiting at the window and the lady said â pull around to the front thank youâ and closed the window she came back about ten seconds later and said âyou heard meâ and then elaborated she wanted us to pull around with no one else in the drive thru. We just continued to wait by the window with no one else in line. A minute or so later the âmanagerâ came over and gave us a refund and stated since we didnât pull around they cancelled our order . I asked her why they cancelled our order and she stated â if you mess up my times I donât get my bonusâ . Itâs good to know that the solution to accurately representing the service you provide is to instead cancel the order so you can cheat the system. Well they gave us extra change and a free drink. I wonder if that will count against her. Side note came to the one in Nileâs ordered the same thing(they were waiting on chicken as well) and didnât ask us to pull no attitude no nothing. Wild what a few blocks can do to peoples mindsets. Same situation totally different result. Donât waste your time...
   Read moreAbsolute nightmare ordering from here with the app. On Memorial Day, I placed a mobile order around 10:15 PM. Both the app and google maps said they were open. Wound up with no lunch for work that night because the store was already closed. Then, the next day they completed billing on my card for food I never received. After contacting 3 times by website and 4 times by phone, I was able to get a refund a whole two weeks later. Customer support at corporate blew me off and I have received zero email or other contact despite repeatedly asking. Called the local store and they couldn't even do the refund themselves. When I explained that they stuck a veteran with no lunch during work on Memorial Day, they offered to send me some comp coupons and took my name and address. 10 days later and still no contact or mail from this location. I will never visit ANY Arby's again after how I was ignored when they stole my money and left me hungry. I gave them every chance to get this right before editing...
