Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Liberty Township

I wish I could give zero. This place is run by a bunch of entitled employees who mess up the orders of customers and then put the blame on the customers that they did not check while taking their food home if the food has been served according to the order placed. I placed an order for 10 traditional wings and 10 boneless wings, and they gave me 15 boneless wings and five traditional wings. The boneless wings were for my son who loves boneless wings but I don’t like boneless wings at all. When I called up the restaurant, the manager told me that I should have checked before exiting if the food served was according to the order placed. First of all, they placed a sticky label on the top of the plastic carryout bag tying up the knots, making it difficult for me to open each of the food packets carefully and then the manager’s audacity to suggest that I am in the wrong here because I did not check the food carryout bag carefully to make sure that the food packed was according to the order placed. It is the responsibility of the employees to make sure that they are packing the right order for the right customers. It is not the customers’ responsibility to ensure they are getting the food according to the order placed. I paid for this order. You are not giving it to me for free. How dare you suggest that I should have checked. Why didn’t you just go and ask your employees to check? When I asked for a refund, they gave me four dollars back which I gave as tips to the employees. This BWW just sucks. Their wings are smaller in size than what is served in other BWW and they regularly mess up orders. Me and my wife used to go to Bdubs regularly on wing tuesdays. We recently moved further north here and I will say this is the worst location we've ever been to. On multiple occasions, our takeout orders weren't put (after calling in, ordering online, or ordering through doordash) and it would be an additional 20 minute wait. There have been a large number of times where my order was incorrect (when requesting flats only or sauce on the side). The food quality is somewhat inconsistent, I have received undercooked wings a number of times and it has made me sick. The manager loves to make rude comments to my wife because she is white and she has my last name. It's at the point where she refuses to walk into this place if I try to order takeout from it again. We ate at this location one night at 11pm, google stated that the place closed at 1am (it was a friday night). However, they decided they wanted to close at midnight so the service was very rude and rushed our orders, and then the manager kicked us out shortly before it was even midnight. I will now go out of my way to another location to avoid dealing with this location because every time I try to give this place another chance I am disappointed and...

Seat yourself does not work. the waitress covering our booth must have been on break?? the booth next to us waited 20 plus minutes to get their check. 2 other servers working the other side of the room, seated and started serving 3 tables that came in after us. I went to the register and asked if anyone was covering our booth, she said i dont know, ill find out. another 5 minutes and someone came by and said someone will be with you shortly. We got drinks and waited and after someone else took our order our regular waitress showed up. we had been there close to 20 minutes before anyone came to the table, we both ordered wings, My wifes were cold, mine were over cooked and stringy tough like in an asian buffet. The place was not crazy busy when we came in. Seems I remember the same issue with service last time we were there, it was mid afternoon not busy and took forever to get served. The numbers on the menu continue to escalate yet the mediocre food and poor service just dont jive with each other. Maybe all th attention goes to the bar...
