Purchased a class pack last year to use for adult Fit Jump classes. Didn't use any for awhile as classes weren't regularly scheduled at the Grove City location, and then it permanently closed (I sent a handful of emails requesting a refund, but to no avail). Attempted to go the Powell location on a Saturday morning in April and that class was canceled (which seems to happen frequently on Saturday mornings). Made it to a Thursday night class in September and only used the trampolines to warm up (and that was only because I didn't bring gym shoes. Otherwise, they weren't used at all). While it was a good workout, I was so disappointed that the trampolines and foam pit weren't used at all. I talked to some other attendees, and they said that's typical on Thursdays, it's hit or miss on Saturdays, and sometimes on Mondays. Disappointed as that's the opposite of how the classes are advertised. Have no desire to use the rest of my passes and took a big loss with 9 class passes left :-/

The toddler bounce was great but a little crowded. When you arrive between 10-10:50am on Saturdays you get one hour from whenever you sign in. If adults want to jump too, they have to pay. So it’s a little challenging to follow your toddler around without jumping (but not impossible). The staff who were supposed to be keeping a close eye (so kids don’t jump on each other) seemed disinterested and distracted (so one kid actually did jump onto another kid by accident). The price is a little high, but it’s not bad if you just go every once in a while.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE The Bounce Club! My kids often attend the special needs class they offer on Sunday mornings which is PERFECT for our family! I have also done the Fit Jump class which is an awesome workout with awesome instructors! Their birthday parties are also fabulous!

I brought my kids to buckeye bounce approximwntly a week ago. We love this place! So we came again tonight. They were super excited. When we entered the faculty my two year old needed to use the restroom so I took her, my 7 year old went to start bouncing as he's always been allowed to do in the past. While I was in the women's restroom (on the far end of the building from where my son was starting to bounce) I could hear a lady getting pretty loud with my son. My son came in the restroom upset and told me about the experience he had just had with her. So I told him just to stay in there with me until his sister was finished. Then we went to the front counter. As I'm trying to check out, the lady said I needed to purchase bounce socks. I told her that when I was here a week ago and I had purchased more socks, she informed me that it was really our preference and I didn't need them if I didn't want to purchase more. I informed her that I've purchased several pairs of socks and I didn't want to purchase more. Therefore this visit we had forgot our socks at home but since we were in the area we still came to bounce, not thinking it would be a big deal due to what the previous staff member had told me. Next thing I know, the lady who I had heard being loud with my son, jumps in the conversation. Talking at me and down to me making a scene and at this point EVERYONE, customers and staff included were staring as she was loudly making a scene. She wouldn't even let me explain what had happened with the previous staff member. I waited for her to finish telling me VERY rudely that we needed to purchase more socks. I then attempted to explain what had been told to me on the previous visit and even asked her to look up who told me that because she was the person to check me out when we visited on 8/9/17. She refused and just kept repeating the same things, loudly still making a scene. I informed her that I'd rather go home and get our bounce socks, then purchase new ones because of how many pairs I've purchased. She rudely stated, "go ahead". I have purchased so many pairs of socks only to have them used once, then to purchase new socks for the next visit. I left with my children crying and my son telling me how mean the lady was. We went home, grabbed their socks and returned. Only to return to bad looks and staff being very short and rude again. If my kids didn't love this place, after the way we were all treated and talked to, I would never return again.

We've even had my sons birthday party here and my daughter has a birthday coming up next month, this is where she has been talking about having her party. After the way we were just treated night, I'm reconsidering. The manager was beyond rude, her attitude and the way she spoke to me in front of my children and other customers was unprofessional and really upset us. She made me feel like we weren't good enough to even be jumping at the facility. It was beyond embarrassing and I don't like how my child's left crying. That above all, truly upsets me. This place isn't suppose to leave kids upset, they should leave with a smile. I understand the policy but the inconsistency with staff and how extremely rude the manager was, is...

I have been to the bounce club on multiple occasions and have never had any issues. This past weekend, however, I had booked a party and was expecting the private party room located at the front of the facility. It was not communicated to me that the party would actually be in a room in the back that is more of a locker room where people who were not a part of the party would be coming in and out of. This happened on multiple occasions where kids were coming in and out of the room that isn’t actually a private room. Needless to say that was disappointing and to be charged the same amount as being in the nicer private room located at the front of the facility didn't make a lot of sense to me. I communicated this with the staff who stated there was nothing they could do about it and they could not offer any sort of discount or resolution other than saying “sorry there’s nothing we can do”. One of the employees spoke to the owner and she refused to offer any sort of resolution or discount or issue an apology to me directly. Poor communication is an issue here and I even experienced that when I tried to book the party in the first place. I had difficulty getting someone to return my call when I had questions. The employee who helped with the party was great and I have no complaints on that end.

Another issue is during the party there were teenagers who were having lessons at the same time as the party. This is poor business practice to have lessons going on at the same time that 5 & 6 year old's are there for a birthday party as injuries can definitely occur. In fact, an injury did occur at the party where the teenager collided with one of the young girls.

*Edited to add the manager did reach out and offer a refund/discount which took a...
