Halal Burgers (Liberty Township) — Restaurant in Liberty Township

Been there last night . And it was just perfect the food the staff everything was on point . Burgers are one of the yummiest I have ever had . And the staff is super friendly and kind I tried their mushroom And Swiss burger and the chicken tenders and will go again today and try other burgers . Will make the most of my trip to Cincinnati. I am writing this review because I witnessed an incident there was a white dude with his family who maybe ordered one thing and changed his mind or something on that lines he was super rude to the girl taking her order and she got super flustered . It’s a request to the owner please write down and post it that you won’t tolerate any kind of rudeness or bad behaviour towards your employees . If it was McDonald’s or any other fast food chain they would never have put up with this kind of behaviour . You should know your rights even if there is a mistake at servers end that can be mended without the client being so awful about it . Neither server or the client has the right to be disrespectful . Anyways the food is super good I will Be visiting every time I come here and will recommend it to everyone I know please don’t let the quality go down maintain it . I visited your restaurant with my sister and we enjoyed the food, but your comment at the end about the drink cups was unnecessary and a bit embarrassing, especially in front of your staff.

When a customer pays a decent amount, something as small as a drink cup can easily be overlooked. Many non-Muslim or Western-owned places are more generous than that — even though we as Muslims are known for our hospitality. A single drink cup won’t cause any loss, but the way you handled it left a very negative impression.

Life is about moments, and this one made me decide not to return. Follow up to your response —- Thank you for your response, but I’d like to clarify something important: When I placed my order, I specifically asked for two burger meals with salad, and I mentioned that one of the meals should be without fries. I never said anything about not wanting a drink.

When I went to get the drinks, I took two cups: • One was just for water, • The other was for a soft drink.

It seemed only reasonable to receive two cups since I had ordered two meals. I wasn’t trying to take anything extra or go against your policy.

I truly respect your efforts and your service to the community, but small details in customer interaction often leave the biggest impact — positive...

Honestly I’m not sure how it’s 5 stars, the Burgers although my friend didn’t really like it, it’s seasoned well And are Amazing Except there’s 0 Veggies, They don’t put lettuce or Tomato Or pickles just meat and cheese Same thing for the “salad” I got a grilled chicken salad For me And it was literally Lettuce, Crutons And chicken. the chicken Wasn’t seasoned Or if it was it was under seasoned and the only reason the salad was “Good” was because of the sauce Even though it’s unlikely You should go when they’re slow because when we went they had maybe one person inside the restaurant Yet the food took a while to come out, overall The Place is good But Needs a lot of improvement, 6/10

EDIT, After 8 months Of my review being up, i essentially gave it a 3/5 star But I just Had Halal burger again, They seem to actually listen to these reviews, When ordering i was given The options to add veggies like lettuce, And pickles And many other options. in My First review i complained that There was Practically 0 Veggies On the burgers. These People read their reviews And listen. One complaint i have was with the tenders though It seemed a bit undercooked Which When Having a to-go order Would make it feel kinda rubbery.
