Fast, friendly, and my order is always right. Love my starbucks coffee, just wish prices were friendlier lol
As long as you go early in the morning or day, the service is.
Update: I still ❤️ my starbucks coffee and people who have been there since my last post, but 😟😥unfortunately they're not as good as they were... I'm not sure if they've burnt out everyone from working with, what seemed like, an always limited staff, or what... but not as fast, friendly, or accurate as they were before... and one thing that they can't seem to get right is how to dispense nitro cold brew into a cup, so that the customer Gets What They're Paying For...so annoying 🤨 I had to park from going through drive-thru and go in ...which is not what I care about... but my Grande nitro cold brews were not even filled halfway...and I get attitude when I come back in requesting a full amt... That being said, it's not always like that...their good staff... little that's left...is only reason I keep going back hoping that they've gotten better again... so it's hit or miss right now depending on what you order and what time⏳️you go... I kept them at 4 ⭐️'s ONLY For the Hard Working Friendly Staff That IS THERE because THEY Get Things Right and Are Still Fast and Friendly staff....NOT Their FAULT for what other's are or are not doing... BUT if things Don't Get Better I'll have to DROP IT to a 2 or 3 ⭐️... and I really dislike putting bad reviews, but I just tell the truth 9f what's going on... Read moreI usually never have issues with this location, but my experience on 9/21 in the morning was very disappointing. I placed a mobile order about 10 minutes before arriving, and the app showed my pickup time as 8:54 AM. When I got there, no mobile orders were ready, and I waited another 10 minutes with nothing coming out. I finally asked at the register, and the barista said they were understaffed—even though I saw three baristas working.
Normally in the mornings, there are long drive-thru lines and 10–15 mobile orders on the counter, and everything still runs smoothly. This day didn’t even seem as busy, yet my drink (just a simple hot chai latte) wasn’t ready on time. I asked if they could cancel the order since I was running late for work, but the barista said they couldn’t—something other staff have been able to do for me in the past.

I asked the guy in the window of the drive thru to verify if the drip coffee was still hot because it was not even warm last time and I was late for a meeting. He laughed at me and said, “I don’t know how you want me to do that?!” I tasted the drink, which he recommended but the drink wasn’t mine, I was taking it to someone. A simple check of when it was brewed would have sufficed. This experience will definitely drive me to another location or coffee company in general.
This is my go to Starbucks. When I say go to, I mean daily. The staff cares and truly show appreciation towards their customers. Niklas always says hi to my son and makes it a point to say, “hey I know this guy” to him. My son is 3 and loves it every time. I would recommend this Starbucks.
